    Abstract: Multi-agent input coordination can be used to for acoustic collaboration of multiple listening agents deployed in smart devices on a premises, improving the accuracy of identifying requests and specifying where that request should be honored, improving quality of detection, and providing better understanding of user commands and user intent throughout the premises. A processor or processors such as those in a smart speaker can identify audio requests received through at least two agents in a network and determine at which of the agents to actively process a selected audio request. The identification can make use of techniques such as location context and secondary trait analysis. The audio request can include simultaneous audio requests received through at least two agents, differing audio requests received from different requesters, or both.

    Abstract: Aspects of the subject disclosure may include, for example, determining a multi-bit value, adjusting an orbital angular momentum of a photon according to the multi-bit value, and generating a quantum entangled pair of photons based on the photon, wherein the quantum entangled pair of photons includes the orbital angular momentum according to the multi-bit value. A quantum state is applied to the quantum entangled pair of photons, while preserving the orbital angular momentum according to the multi-bit value. A photon of the quantum entangled pair of photons is directed to an addressable memory element adapted to store a number of entangled pairs of photons including the quantum entangled pair of photons. The photons of the entangled pair of photons are retrievable from the addressable memory element according to the multi-bit value to obtain a retrieved entangled pair of photons having the quantum state. Other embodiments are disclosed.

    Abstract: Communication of light signals and optical cables can be managed to mitigate error associated with using optical cables to communicate light signals. A communication management component (CMC) can embed respective timing synchronization pulses in respective lights signals having respective wavelengths. The light signals can be typical light signals or can be squeezed and twisted to generate a desired twisted light signal. The light signals can be transmitted via the optical cable to a receiver. A CMC, at the receiver end, can determine error associated with the transmission of the light signals via the optical cable and respective characteristics of the respective light signals, including respective arrival times of the respective timing synchronization pulses and respective light intensity or power levels of the respective light signals. From the respective characteristics, CMC can determine a compensation action to perform mitigate the error with regard to subsequent transmissions of light signals.

    Abstract: A method may include a processing system detecting a biometric condition of a user exceeding a threshold, determining a triggering object associated with the biometric condition, where the triggering object is captured via a camera, and applying the triggering object and at least one personal parameter to a plurality of context filters. The plurality of context filters may provide a relevance topic based upon the triggering object and the at least one personal parameter. The processing system may further generate a plurality of search terms based upon the relevance topics that are determined from the plurality of context filters and present the plurality of search terms via a user interface.

    Abstract: A system may include a transaction history controller to store, in a distributed blockchain database, a first chain including a primary head node for a first subscriber to a social media history map service and multiple blocks each representing an online transaction for the first subscriber, and a second chain including a follower head node, linked to the primary head node, for a second subscriber and multiple blocks each representing an online transaction for the second subscriber. The transaction history controller may receive data representing a first online transaction for the second subscriber, format the data for the distributed blockchain database, store the formatted data as a new block in the second chain, receive a request to generate a trend report for a cluster of subscribers that includes the first and second subscribers, and generate the trend report dependent on the blocks in the first and second chains.
