Abstract:
A first connector and a second connector are provided. The first connector includes an insulated body, first terminals, and fastening members. The first terminals and the fastening members are on the insulated body. The second connector includes an insulated base, second terminals, and positioning members. The fastening member has a first side plate and a second side plate formed as a stair structure for protecting the insulated body.
Abstract:
The disclosure relates to a board-to-board connector including a body, multiple terminals and a pair of metal fittings. The body has an accommodating recess. The terminal is disposed on the body and a portion of each of the terminals extends to the accommodating recess. The metal fittings are disposed on the body and beside the accommodating recess. The terminals are located between metal fittings. Each of the metal fittings has at least one limiting portion that extends to the accommodating recess. The limiting portion leans against a corner of the accommodating recess so that the metal fittings and the body generate a two-dimensional limitation. A board-to-board connector assembly is also provided.
Abstract:
A crosstalk-proof receptacle connector includes: multiple insulative boards arranged abreast; multiple sets of terminals mounted respectively in and corresponding to the insulative boards, and each set including signal terminals and grounding terminals; multiple shielding plates corresponding to the insulative boards and corresponding to the sets of the terminals, each shielding plate mounted on one of two opposite sides of a corresponding insulative board and having multiple current-path-interrupting holes defined through the shielding plate and kept hollow without being inserted by objects, and each shielding plate connected to the grounding terminals of a corresponding set of the terminals; and an outer casing covering the insulative boards to combine the insulative boards. The crosstalk-proof receptacle connector suppresses crosstalk and improves efficiency and stability of signal transmission.
Abstract:
An electrical connector assembly includes an electrical plug connector and an electrical receptacle connector corresponding to the electrical plug connector. The electrical plug connector includes a plug fixation housing, a plug movable housing, and plug terminals. The plug terminals are on the plug fixation housing, and the plug movable housing is floatingly arranged on the plug fixation housing. The electrical receptacle connector includes a receptacle fixation housing, a receptacle movable housing, and receptacle terminals. The receptacle terminals are on the receptacle fixation housing, and the receptacle movable housing is floatingly arranged on the receptacle fixation housing. An electrical plug connector and an electrical receptacle connector are also provided.
Abstract:
A board-to-board connector assembly includes: a plug connector having: a second body having a second slot and a second sidewall; and third metal members; and a socket connector having: a first body having an island, a first slot, and a first sidewall; and first and second metal members. The first metal members are disposed in the first body and extend from a bottom of the first sidewall to the island through the first slot. The second metal members are disposed in the first body, and straddles and covers a portion of the first sidewall. The third metal members are disposed in the second body, and straddle and cover a portion of the second sidewall. When the connectors are mated, the second sidewall is inserted into the first slot, the island is inserted into the second slot, and the third metal members are pressed against the first and second metal members.
Abstract:
A first connector and a second connector are provided. The first connector includes an insulated body, first terminals, and fastening members. The first terminals and the fastening members are on the insulated body. The second connector includes an insulated base, second terminals, and positioning members. The second terminals and the positioning members are on the insulated base. The fastening members and the positioning members are enclosing structures covering the insulated body of the first connector and the insulated base of the second connector, respectively. The fastening members and the positioning members provide multi-point contacts.
Abstract:
An electrical connector structure includes a housing and signal modules mounted therein. Each signal module includes an insulating body, conductive terminals and a ground shield. The insulating body has a first side having a guide projection, and a second side opposite to the first side and having a guide groove. When a first signal module has been mounted in the housing, a second signal module is guided and moved to mount into the housing by the guide groove of the second signal module receiving the guide projection of the first signal module, or by the guide projection of the second signal module sliding into the guide groove of the first signal module, whereby reducing relative movement between signal modules in the housing. The signal modules may be mounted one by one in the housing, or may be stacked side by side and then mounted in the housing as a whole.
