    Abstract: Provided are a display substrate and a preparation method thereof, and a display apparatus. The display substrate includes a plurality of display units. The display unit includes a display area and a transparent area. The display area includes a plurality of sub-pixels. In a direction perpendicular to the display substrate, the sub-pixel includes a first metal layer, a semiconductor layer, a second metal layer and a third metal layer which are arranged on a substrate. The first metal layer includes a first plate, the semiconductor layer includes a second plate, the second metal layer includes a first scanning line and a second scanning line, and the third metal layer includes a third plate, a first power supply line, a second power supply line, a compensation line and a data line.

    Abstract: The present application provides a shift register and a method of driving the same, and a gate driving circuit. In the shift register, an input sub-circuit is configured to output an input signal to a pull-up node under control of a first clock signal of a first clock signal terminal, an output sub-circuit is configured to output a second clock signal of a second clock signal terminal to the output terminal under control of a voltage level of the pull-up node, a reset sub-circuit is configured to reset voltage levels of the pull-up node and the output terminal under control of a voltage level of a pull-down node, and a reset control sub-circuit is configured to control the voltage level of the pull-down node such that the voltage levels of the pull-up node and the output terminal are reset to a level signal.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a phased-array antenna, a display panel, and a display device. The phased-array antenna includes a first substrate and a second substrate arranged oppositely, and a plurality of phased-array elements located between the first substrate and the second substrate. At least one of the phased-array elements includes a first electrode, a second electrode arranged opposite to the first electrode, a voltage-controlled phase shift material located between the first electrode and the second electrode, wherein the first electrode is configured to receive a bias signal for controlling the voltage-controlled phase shift material, and the second electrode serves as a ground electrode, and a microstrip line located at a side of the first electrode far away from the voltage-controlled phase shift material and electrically insulated from the first electrode, wherein the microstrip line is configured to receive or transmit a transmission signal.

    Abstract: An antenna structure and a modulation method therefor are provided. The antenna structure includes a radiation patch, a radio-frequency port, a first signal line, a second signal line, a power divider, and a first phase modulator. The radiation patch includes a first feed point and a second feed point. One end of the first signal line is connected to the first feed point. One end of the second signal line is connected to the second feed point. The power divider is separately connected to the radio-frequency port, the other end of the first signal line, and the other end of the second signal line, and is configured to allocate electromagnetic waves of the radio-frequency port to the first signal line and the second signal line; and the first phase modulator is configured to modulate the phase of the electromagnetic waves of the first signal line.
