Abstract: This disclosure relates to a peeling method of a flexible substrate, and belongs to the technical field of flexible display. The method comprises the steps of: (a) forming a flexible substrate on a base substrate, wherein the flexible substrate has a plane area less than that of the base substrate; (b) adhering a protective film on the base substrate formed with the flexible substrate by an ultraviolet viscosity-reducing adhesive, wherein the plane area of the flexible substrate is less than that of the protective film, and the protective film is further adhered to the base substrate by the ultraviolet viscosity-reducing adhesive; (c) irradiating a region on the base substrate covered by the protective film through the base substrate with an ultraviolet light; and (d) peeling the protective film and the flexible substrate from the base substrate after the irradiation with an ultraviolet light is completed.

Abstract: A substrate includes a first base, a first trace, a first organic layer, a first inorganic layer, and a second trace. The first organic layer includes at least one first via hole, and a first via hole exposes a portion of the first trace. The first inorganic layer includes at least one second via hole. On the first base, an orthographic projection of an edge of an opening of a second via hole proximate to the first via hole is substantially coincident with an orthographic projection of an edge of an opening of the first via hole proximate to the second via hole. The first and second via holes are communicated to form a connecting hole to connect the first and second traces. A ratio of a depth of the connecting hole to a maximum radial dimension of the connecting hole ranges from 1:1 to 1:2, inclusive.

Abstract: A display panel includes a display substrate, a lens layer and a dimming layer. The display substrate includes a plurality of sub-pixels, and each sub-pixel has a light-emitting region. The lens layer is disposed on a side of a light-exiting surface of the display substrate and includes a plurality of lens pattern regions each opposite to a light-emitting region of a sub-pixel, and the light-emitting region of the sub-pixel at least partially overlaps with an orthogonal projection of the lens pattern region opposite thereto on the display substrate. A refractive index of the dimming layer is greater than a refractive index of the lens layer.

Insulating layers spaced between the first active layer and the second active layer are reduced, so that a flexible display panel is easier to bend, and the bending performance of the flexible display panel is improved.
