The display panel includes at least one opening, and further includes: a substrate; a thin film transistor structure layer; a first inorganic passivation layer; an organic planarization layer on a side of the first inorganic passivation layer distal to the thin film transistor structure layer; and a second inorganic passivation layer on a side of the organic planarization layer distal to the first inorganic passivation layer. The second inorganic passivation layer extends toward the first inorganic passivation layer alone a side of the organic planarization layer proximal to the at least one opening and covers an exposed portion of the organic planarization layer on a side of the organic planarization layer proximal to the at least one opening.

    摘要: A display substrate includes: a base substrate (101) and a drive circuit layer (102) disposed on the base substrate (101). The drive circuit layer (102) includes at least one pixel circuit, wherein the pixel circuit includes at least one oxide thin film transistor and a capacitor (C). The capacitor (C) includes a first capacitor plate (381) and a second capacitor plate (382). Orthographic projections of the first capacitor plate (381) and the second capacitor plate (382) on the base substrate (101) are overlapped, and an inorganic insulation layer is disposed between the first capacitor plate (381) and the second capacitor plate (382). In a direction perpendicular to the display substrate, a distance between the inorganic insulation layer and an active layer of the oxide thin film transistor is greater than or equal to 3000 angstroms.

    摘要: Disclosed are a display substrate, a preparation method therefor, and a display device. The display substrate includes a display region and a binding region on one side of the display region. The binding region includes a binding structure layer disposed on a base. The binding structure layer includes a composite insulating layer disposed on the base. The binding region further includes a step structure formed by the base and the composite insulating layer. Heights of steps in the step structure decrease sequentially in the direction away from the display region. In the step structure, the base forms a first step having the smallest height. The binding structure layer further includes a signal connection wire having at least a portion thereof the disposed on the step structure and located on the first step. An opening exposing the signal connection wire is provided on the base at the first step.

A display area of the display substrate includes at least one opening. The display substrate includes a substrate, and an organic layer, a first inorganic layer, an anode layer and an organic functional layer that are sequentially arranged on one side of the substrate. The inorganic layer and the organic layer has at least one annular partition groove corresponding to each opening. A width of an orthographic projection of the notch of the annular partition groove on the substrate is smaller than that of an orthographic projection of the annular partition groove on the substrate. The functional layer includes a first organic functional material portion located outside the annular partition groove and a second organic functional material portion located inside the annular partition groove that are not connected.
