摘要: The present application discloses a pixel driving chip for compensating an original signal provided to a pixel structure including a driving transistor having a drain electrode coupled to a light-emitting device, the pixel driving chip includes a control circuit configured to generate at least one control voltage signals for controlling the driving transistor; an acquisition circuit configured to acquire a measured source voltage at a source electrode of the driving transistor under control of the at least one control voltage signals; a computation circuit configured to compute a compensation voltage based on the measured source voltage; a storage circuit configured to store the compensation voltage; a compensation circuit configured to compensate the original signal provided to the driving transistor using the compensation voltage stored in the storage circuit to obtain a compensated signal; and an output circuit configured to output the compensated signal to the driving transistor.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a pixel driving circuit, a pixel driving method, a, display panel and a display device. The pixel driving circuit includes a driving transistor, a storage capacitor, a switching control module, a writing control module and a light-emission control module. A gate electrode of the driving transistor is electrically connected to a first electrode of the driving transistor at a threshold compensation stage and a writing stage under the control of the switching control module, so as to write a threshold voltage of the driving transistor into the storage capacitor. A data voltage is written into a second electrode of the driving transistor at the writing stage under the control of the writing control module. According to the present disclosure, the threshold voltage of the driving transistor and the data voltage from the data line are separately written into the storage capacitor through the switching control module and the writing control module, so as to enable a driving current of the driving transistor to be independent of the threshold voltage of the driving transistor. In addition, a reference voltage is written into a second end of the storage capacitor at the writing stage through the writing control module, and the driving current of the driving transistor is enabled to be independent of an on-state voltage of a light-emitting element at a light-emission maintenance stage.

The data signal writing sub-circuit is connected to a first terminal of the capacitor, the first reference voltage writing sub-circuit is connected to a control electrode of the driving transistor, and the second reference voltage writing sub-circuit is connected to a drain of the driving transistor. The high voltage signal writing sub-circuit is connected to a second terminal of the capacitor, and the voltage maintaining sub-circuit is connected to the first terminal of the capacitor and the control electrode of the driving transistor.

摘要: The present application discloses a gate driver on array (GOA) circuit including a first GOA circuit; a second GOA circuit; and a voltage transmitting circuit configured to transmit an output voltage from the first GOA circuit to the second GOA circuit as an input voltage for the second GOA circuit; the output voltage from the first GOA circuit and the input voltage for the second GOA circuit having a substantially the same voltage level. An input port of the voltage transmitting circuit is connected to an output port of the first GOA circuit and configured to receive the output voltage from the first GOA circuit; and an output port of the voltage transmitting circuit is connected to an input port of the second GOA circuit and configured to output a forwarded voltage to the second GOA circuit as the input voltage for the second GOA circuit.
