    摘要： A twist tie device has an elongated piece of shape-retaining deformable material. A cover covers the shape-retaining deformable material along the length of the elongated piece. The cover has a bond between the elongated piece and the cover. The bond between the cover and the elongated piece is along the entire interior surface of the cover. An outer cover may be bonded to the cover. The outer cover may have a gripping surface and a non-gripping surface. The gripping surface will provide more grip for the twist tie device when it is wrapped around itself, and the gripping surface will provide more grip when it is wrapped around objects.

The void approximately replicates the shape of the electronic device such that a face of the electronic device is not substantially surrounded by the body. The body has tabs configured to contact a portion of the face of the electronic device and hold the electronic device in the void such that it is held in place. The body has a flexible body portion, the flexible body portion defined by a cut in the body, dividing the body into a hinge portion and a main body. The hinge portion is configured to be flexed away from the main body to provide a direction that the electronic device is slidably removed.

The sleeve device has an open, tubular, flexible sleeve member which is expandable for receiving at least a portion of the main body of a flashlight, and for being releasably retained on the flashlight. The flexible sleeve member has a first open end and an opposed second open end. The carrier device also has a strap member having a first end and a second end with the first end of the strap member secured adjacent to the first open end of the flexible sleeve member and the second end of the strap member secured adjacent to the second open end of the flexible sleeve member. At least a portion of a hand of a person is receivable between the strap member and the flexible sleeve member releasably securing the sleeve device to the hand.
