摘要: The present disclosure provides a compensation apparatus and method of a light-emitting device and display substrate and fabrication method thereof. The apparatus of light-emitting device includes a light sensing circuit and a compensation amount computing circuit. The light sensing circuit is configured to output a first photo-generated current under a condition that the light-emitting device emits light, when the light-emitting device needs to be compensated. The compensation amount computing circuit is connected with the light sensing circuit, and configured to compute a compensation amount required to compensate the light-emitting device according to the first photo-generated current.
