Abstract: An organic light-emitting display apparatus including an organic light-emitting diode emitting visible light, a driving thin film transistor driving the organic light-emitting diode, and a compensation thin film transistor. The compensation thin film transistor includes a compensation gate electrode, a compensation semiconductor layer, a compensation source electrode, and a compensation drain electrode. The compensation gate electrode includes a first gate electrode, and a second gate electrode electrically connected to the first gate electrode. The compensation drain electrode is electrically connected to the driving gate electrode of the driving thin film transistor. The compensation semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor region overlapping the first gate electrode and a second semiconductor region overlapping the second gate electrode and disposed further from the compensation drain electrode than the first semiconductor region, and an area of the first semiconductor region is different than an area of the second semiconductor region.

In the pixel charging method and the display panel of the application, during a first frame of image, a positive signal is inputted to a part of data lines, and after a first predetermined time length, a negative signal is inputted to the other data lines; during a second frame of image, the negative signal is inputted to a part of the data lines, and after a second predetermined time length, the positive signal is inputted to the other data lines to change the phase of the positive and negative signals.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method of driving display, and a display device. The method of driving display includes: scanning, progressively or rows by rows, a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an N×M array, to turn on each row of sub-pixels scanned, so that a duration in which two adjacent rows of sub-pixels are simultaneously in an ON state is greater than or equal to two times a unit scanning time, wherein the unit scanning time is a time required for scanning a row of sub-pixels, N is an integer greater than 1, and M is an integer greater than 1; and applying data signals to at least two rows of sub-pixels simultaneously in the ON state, so that a duration of applying the data signals to each row of sub-pixels is greater than the unit scanning time.

Abstract: A driving device of an electroluminescent display apparatus, including a display panel where a pixel line including a set of pixels is provided in plurality, includes a pixel line determiner configured to select a representative pixel line, disposed at a position at which an accumulation stress caused by repetitive display of an input image is largest, from among all pixel lines, an over driving control controller configured to select a sample pixel characteristic value from among pixel characteristic values of the representative pixel line and selectively output a first ODC control signal and a second ODC control signal, based on a magnitude of the sample pixel characteristic value, and a sensing and driving circuit configured to pre-sense pixel characteristic values of the representative pixel line in the first sensing period, perform ODC sensing on the pixel characteristic values of the all pixel lines once each according to the first ODC control signal in a second sensing period succeeding the first sensing period, and perform the ODC sensing on the pixel characteristic values of the all pixel lines a plurality of times each according to the second ODC control signal in the second sensing period, wherein a sensing data voltage supplied to each pixel of the all pixel lines has multi-voltage levels, in the second sensing period for the ODC sensing.

The display panel further includes a bias adjustment signal line, a reset signal line or an initialization signal line. At least one side frame of the display panel includes a bias adjustment signal bus, a reset signal bus or an initialization signal bus. The bias adjustment signal bus is disposed in a first side frame of the display panel, the reset signal bus or the initialization signal bus is disposed in a second side frame of the display panel; and the first side frame is adjacent to the second side frame, or is opposite to the second side frame, or, the bias adjustment signal bus is disposed in a same side frame with the reset signal bus or the initialization signal bus.
