Abstract: The code block segmentation method includes: a base station determining whether to use the maximum length of a first pre-set information bit for code block segmentation or to use the maximum length of a second pre-set information bit for code block segmentation; if it is determined to use the maximum length of the first pre-set information bit for code block segmentation, the base station segmenting a transport block into one or more segments by taking the maximum length of the first pre-set information bit as an upper limit; and if it is determined to use the maximum length of the second pre-set information bit for code block segmentation, the base station segmenting a transport block into one or more segments by taking the maximum length of the second pre-set information bit as an upper limit, wherein the maximum length of the first pre-set information bit is greater than the maximum length of the second pre-set information bit.

Abstract: Disclosed are a polar code encoding method and device and a polar code decoding method and device. Abstract: Disclosed in the present application are a method and a device for transmitting PRACH signals in an unauthorized spectrum, used for enhancing channel access for a PRACH signal. The method comprises: before transmitting each candidate resource as configured in resources, a terminal performs LBT detection according to configuration information of a transmission resource for transmitting PRACH signals until a current channel is detected to be idle; and after detecting that the current channel is idle, the terminal transmits a PRACH signal on the corresponding candidate resource. In the present application, a plurality of candidate resources are configured in a transmission resource for transmitting PRACH signals, such that the terminal may transmit the PRACH signals on the corresponding candidate resource when it is detected that the current channel is idle before any candidate resource, thereby improving transmission probability for PRACH signals and enhancing channel access for PRACH signals.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a data transmission method and device configured to address the problems in LTE-U employing the existing channel access mechanism, in which poor channel access capacity is caused, and congestion between UEs in the same cell is likely to occur if multiple UEs cannot access at the same time. The method comprises: sending, by a communication device, a signal during a GP between a downlink subframe and an uplink subframe to occupy a current channel; and transmitting, by the communication device, data via the current channel. The solution provided in embodiments of the present invention has low implementation complexity, and can address the problem of UL having a poorer opportunity to access than WIFI, thus facilitating the implementation of MU-FDM and MU-SDM to prevent significant degradation of LAA performance and a waste of radio resources.

Abstract: A method and device for transmitting uplink control information is described. The method includes according to the size and position of a feedback window, determining uplink control information; according to a transmission moment of the uplink control information, performing listen-before-talk detection to determine an actual uplink transmission moment; and transmitting the determined uplink control information at an actual uplink transmission moment. In the embodiments of the present disclosure, under the situation where no channel is occupied at a set uplink control information transmission moment, one or more times of listen-before-talk detection are continued, and the determined uplink control information is transmitted on an actual uplink transmission moment, thereby avoiding the situation that uplink control information may not be correctly transmitted in time due to not occupying a channel, and further improving the system performance.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a method and a device for performing carrier scheduling, which are used to perform scheduling for an unlicensed carrier. In the embodiments of the present application, a terminal performs uplink channel measurement in an uplink subframe or an uplink measurement time period of an unlicensed carrier, to determine uplink channel quality information, and/or performs downlink channel measurement in a downlink subframe of the unlicensed carrier, to determine downlink channel quality information; and the terminal notifies a network side device of the determined uplink channel quality information, and the network side device determines, according to the received uplink channel quality information, whether to perform uplink scheduling on the terminal on the unlicensed carrier, and the terminal notifies the network side device of the determined downlink channel quality information, so that the network side device determines, according to the received downlink channel quality information, whether to perform downlink scheduling on the terminal on the unlicensed carrier. In this way, scheduling is implemented for the unlicensed carrier, thereby further improving system performance.
