    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a channel blind detection method, a signal transmission method and related devices. The channel blind detection method includes, when the quantity of times of blind detection to be performed by a terminal side device within a specific time-domain range exceeds a maximum blind detection capability, skipping, by the terminal side device, a part of blind detection occasions within the specific time-domain range, and performing channel blind detection in the remaining blind detection occasions. The maximum blind detection capability is the maximum quantity of times of blind detection performed by the terminal side device within the specific time-domain range, and the remaining quantity of times of blind detection to be performed by the terminal side device within the specific time-domain range does not exceed the maximum blind detection capability. According to the present disclosure, it is able to improve performance of the terminal side device.

    Abstract: The present application discloses methods and devices for determining a downlink resource set and sending resource position information, and particularly relates to a method for determining, by a terminal, a downlink control channel resource set, a method for sending, by a base station, a position related to a downlink control channel resource set, and related devices. A terminal obtains, in a predefined manner and/or by receiving a notification of a base station, a frequency domain position and a time domain position of a downlink control channel resource set corresponding to the terminal, so as to determine that the downlink control channel resource set corresponding to the terminal is a third downlink control channel resource set. The base station transmits a common downlink control channel and/or a terminal-dedicated downlink control channel on the frequency domain and time domain positions of the downlink control channel resource set determined by the terminal.

    Abstract: A method for determining and configuring a resource used for transmitting downlink data, a terminal and a base station: the base station configures, for each terminal, resource collections or resource collection subgroups used for receiving downlink data, and then the base station notifies the terminal, by means of an explicit signaling, whether all of the resource collections or each resource collection of the configured resource collections are available, or whether all of resource collection subgroups or each resource collection subgroup of the resource collection subgroups are available, thus allowing the terminal to determine, according to the notification, the time-frequency resource position of a resource used to receive downlink data, so that the terminal may carry out rate matching on the determined resource.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.
