摘要： Provided is an apparatus and method for transmitting frame information in a wireless communication system using a relay scheme. In a method for transmitting frame information from an upper node in the wireless communication system, downlink section information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service is transmitted to a lower relay station at the request of the lower relay station for an initial connection. After the initial connection, frame information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service is transmitted to the lower relay station through the downlink section.

摘要： Provided is an apparatus and method for transmitting frame information in a wireless communication system using a relay scheme. In a method for transmitting frame information from an upper node in the wireless communication system, downlink section information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service is transmitted to a lower relay station at the request of the lower relay station for an initial connection. After the initial connection, frame information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service is transmitted to the lower relay station through the downlink section.

摘要： Apparatus and method for supporting a relay service in a multihop relay wireless communication system are provided. The method includes setting Tx/Rx mode switch region information of a Relay Station (RS). A signal is sent to a Mobile Station (MS) traveling in a service coverage during a first interval of a DownLink (DL) subframe according to resource allocation information. The mode switch region information and a signal are sent over a second interval of the DL subframe. Accordingly, the RS can communicate with a Base Station (BS) with accurate synchronization.

摘要： An apparatus and method for communicating control information in a Broadband Wireless Access (BWA) system using a multi-hop relay scheme is provided. A method of transmitting control information includes generating scheduling information by performing scheduling for a Relay Station (RS); determining a valid duration for the scheduling information; generating a resource allocation message containing the scheduling information and the valid duration information; and processing the resource allocation message in a physical layer and for transmitting the resource allocation message to the RS.

摘要： An upper node is provided for use in a wireless communication system using a relay scheme. The upper node includes means for transmitting, upon a request of a lower relay station for an initial connection of the lower relay station, downlink section information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service to the lower relay station; and means for transmitting, after the initial connection with the lower relay station, frame configuration information for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service to the lower relay station through the downlink section. The downlink section information includes configuration information of the downlink section for communication with the lower relay station for a relay service.

摘要： Apparatus and method for supporting a relay service in a multihop relay wireless communication system are provided. The method includes setting Tx/Rx mode switch region information of a Relay Station (RS). 摘要： Data retransmission apparatus and method in a wireless relay communication system are provided. It is checked whether an Acknowledgement (ACK) message or a Negative ACK (NACK) message for data is received from a Relay Station (RS), which receives the data from a Mobile Station (MS). Scheduling information for transmitting the data is transmitted to the RS, when the ACK message is received from the RS. Errors are checked for in of the data, when the data is received from the RS. The RS is requested to retransmit the data, when the data has an error. Accordingly, since the RS retransmits only the error-free data to the BS, the BS can enhance the data reliability.
