Abstract: A device capable of operating in a wireless communication environment. The device may be configured to determine a plurality of control signaling bits. The device may determine a plurality of cyclic redundancy check (CRC) bits based on the plurality of control signaling bits. The device may apply a channel coding scheme to the plurality of control signaling bits and the plurality of CRC bits. The plurality of CRC bits may be distributed among the plurality of control signaling bits prior to applying the channel coding scheme. The device may transmit the channel coded plurality of control signaling bits and CRC bits.

Abstract: The present invention provides an uplink control information transmitting method and apparatus. In the method, when a user equipment (UE) is configured with an uplink carrier in an unlicensed spectrum, the UE transmits uplink control information through a pre-defined location and a pre-defined format in a licensed spectrum and/or a pre-defined location and a pre-defined format in an idle unlicensed spectrum according to an uplink (UL) grant transmitted from a base station and the UCI to be transmitted. According to the technical solution provided by the present invention, the UCI is flexibly transmitted in the licensed spectrum or in the idle unlicensed spectrum, thereby improving transmission efficiency and reducing impact on downlink signal scheduling when the UE is configured with the uplink carrier in the unlicensed spectrum and transmits the UCI, and further improving LTE network efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a control channel configuration method, a base station, and a terminal device. The method includes: determining, by a base station, a configuration of a time-frequency resource unit from at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit of a control channel; and sending, by the base station, indication information to a terminal device, where the indication information is used to indicate the configuration of the time-frequency resource unit, and the at least two configurations of a time-frequency resource unit include a first configuration and a second configuration. In the embodiments of this application, the base station can flexibly configure the time-frequency resource unit of the control channel. In addition, flexibly configuring a time-frequency resource unit can reduce a probability that time-frequency resource units of different structures are blocked, thereby reducing complexity of detecting the control channel by the terminal device.

A base station may transmit, to a wireless device, a DCI format comprising a downlink BWP indicator, an uplink BWP indicator, a PDSCH resource allocation, and a PUCCH resource allocation for HARQ ACK transmission. The wireless device may select, from a plurality of uplink active BWPs of the cell, an uplink active BWP based on the uplink BWP indicator. The wireless device may transmit the HARQ ACK via the selected uplink active BWP.

Abstract: A method and apparatus provide a user equipment (UE) configured to communicate with a plurality of carrier aggregation (CA) groups with at least a first CA group (CG1) and a second CA group (CG2). The UE includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to determine whether the UE is power-limited. The UE is scheduled to transmit acknowledged information in a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) to a cell of the CG1 and uplink control information (UCI), other than the acknowledgement information, in a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) to a cell of the CG2. The processing circuitry is also configured to, responsive to the UE being power-limited, prioritize the PUSCH for power allocation. The processing circuitry is also configured to transmit the PUSCH to the cell of the CG1.

Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A wireless repeater may communicate with multiple base stations, and the wireless repeater may identify a first base station as a primary base station. The wireless repeater may monitor for and receive control information from the primary base station, where the control information may include control information from a second base station and used by the wireless repeater to communicate with one or more UEs connected to the second base station. The primary base station may receive an indication of the control information from the second base station via a backhaul link. In other examples, the wireless repeater may monitor for control information from the two or more base stations based on a control signaling pattern. For example, the wireless repeater may be configured with periodic time intervals for monitoring for control signaling from respective base stations.
