    摘要: A stereo-image displaying apparatus including an adjustable light source module, a spatial modulator, and an image display panel is provided. The adjustable light source module is adapted for emitting a plurality of first illumination beams and a plurality of second illumination beams that are staggered along a first axis. The spatial modulator and the image display panel are sequentially disposed on the light path of the first and second illumination beams. The first illumination beam passes through the spatial modulator so that the image display panel displays a first view field image in a first frame period. The second illumination beam passes through the spatial modulator so that the image display panel displays a second view field image in a second frame period.     摘要: An autostereoscopic display apparatus includes multiple micro-display devices for exporting an 3-dimensional image. Each of the micro-display devices produces a portion image of the image. The portion image has multiple viewing-zone portion images with respect to multiple viewing zones. An image guiding unit has multiple micro-image output terminals, which are arranged according to an array sequence being set, so as to guide the output images from the micro-display devices. A stereo-image discrete screen is coupled with the image guiding unit, so that the image can transit the stereo-image discrete screen through multiple column transparent regions for producing multiple viewing-zone images of the image with respect to the different viewing zones. The image guiding unit can be, for example, an optical fiber array unit or an array-type light guiding unit.

    摘要: A back-lighted autostereoscopic display. A uniform light is emitted from a plane light source. A polarization plate is disposed in front of the plane light source to polarize the uniform light into a polarized light. A micro-moving window device is disposed in front of the polarization plate to selectively change the polarity of the polarized light into another type of polarization. A micro-optical device is located in front of the micro-moving window device, thereby both the polarized light changed and unchanged pass through the micro-optical device to travel further. An imaging apparatus is located in front of the micro-optical device, so that the lights are converged into the eyes of an observer. A liquid crystal display panel with a patterned half-wavelength phase retarder according to the even rows and odd rows of the interlaced image displayed on the liquid crystal display is located in front of the imaging apparatus to project the stereo-image to the observer.

    摘要: A micro-retarder plate using a single plate with phase retardation. The plate with phase retardation having a pattern that further comprises a plurality of first retardation state areas and second retardation state areas alternating with each other is formed on the micro-retarder plate. The pattern is formed using an infra-red laser to expose the plate with phase retardation, or using a circuit board with a pattern of electrothermal resistor thereon in contact with the plate of phase retardation. The linear polarized lights with direction of polarization being 45 degrees to the stretching direction of the retardation film passing through the first retardation state areas and the second retardation state areas are perpendicular to each other. The micro-retarder is laminated between two protection layers with index matching glue to remove the scattering effect caused by the heat process.

    摘要: A measurement method and a measurement device are disclosed. The measurement method is adapted to a 3D display capable of producing a plurality of viewing zones, which includes following steps. At least a part of a display area of the 3D display displays an image of one of the viewing zones. Light radiation amounts of a first position of the 3D display are detected with a light detector from different viewing angles. A viewing angle with a local maximum light radiation amount is taken as a reference viewing angle, a distance between the light detector and the 3D display along the reference viewing angle is changed, and light radiation amounts of a plurality of different second positions of the 3D display are detected in different distances. A distance at which light radiation amounts of the second positions are most uniform is taken as the optimal viewing distance.
