Abstract: Various cellular tower plate connection systems are detailed herein. Such systems can include an antenna plate assembly. This assembly can include an antenna plate and antenna port connectors attached to a first side of the antenna plate. Cable connectors may be present that are attached to a second side of the antenna plate opposite the first side of the antenna plate. The assembly can include a first attachment mechanism that secures antenna port connectors to antenna ports of an antenna system. The antenna port connectors may be arranged on the first side of the antenna plate such that the antenna port connectors mate with the antenna ports of the antenna system in a single possible orientation.

Abstract: Novel techniques are described for protocol tracking and/or enforcement (PT&E) of social distancing protocols in communication networks. For example, PT&E data can be received and aggregated from a large number of user mobile devices via wireless communication networks. The PT&E data can be analyzed against a pre-defined social distancing protocol to detect candidate non-compliance events. The social distancing protocol is stored in association with predefined exclusions to application of the social distancing protocol. The candidate non-compliance events can be analyzed against the predefined exclusions to determine whether the detected events are excluded from consideration as a non-compliant condition. The detected candidate non-compliance events and/or non-compliant conditions can then support various features, such as warning individuals and/or organizations of compliance concerns, contact tracing responsive to non-compliant conditions, compliance scoring for entities, social grading for individual compliance, heat mapping of compliance-related data, etc.

Abstract: Various cellular plate assemblies are described. A plate may be present having a first side and a second side. Port connectors can be arranged on the first side of the radio plate. Each port connector is configured to be connected with a different port of a cellular radio or cellular antenna system. Cable ports can arranged on the second side of the radio plate. Each cable port can be connected with a corresponding radio port connector of the plurality of radio port connectors. Further, each cable port is keyed differently such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the cable port.

Abstract: A technique is described for converting a variety of video streams from transmission sources into a single designated video stream on a client device. As an example, a converter device may receive video streams from multiple transmission sources and select the video stream to convert and output on a client device based on the signal quality. In some examples, the converter device may switch between transmission sources. The converter device may measure the time offset between the video streams of the transmission sources and buffer one of the video streams to align the timing of the video streams, so the user does not detect a timing delay while viewing the video content.
