Abstract: The subject matter disclosed here relates to a mounting system that facilitates the mounting of a transceiver to an antenna structure in a cellular communication system. In general, the mounting system includes an antenna mounting bracket, a transceiver mounting bracket, and a pair of guide rails. The antenna mounting bracket is configured to attach to the antenna structure while the transceiver mounting bracket is configured to attach to the transceiver. The pair of guide rails are configured to attach to the antenna mounting bracket and include channels to receive corresponding hooked structures on the transceiver mounting bracket. Specifically, the transceiver mounting bracket includes first and second hooked structures, and guide rails include first and second channels that are considered to receive the hooked structures such that the hooked structures can slide into the first and second channels on the guide rails.

Abstract: Various cellular plate assemblies are described. A plate may be present having a first side and a second side. Port connectors can be arranged on the first side of the radio plate. Each port connector is configured to be connected with a different port of a cellular radio or cellular antenna system. Cable ports can arranged on the second side of the radio plate. Each cable port can be connected with a corresponding radio port connector of the plurality of radio port connectors. Further, each cable port is keyed differently such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the cable port.

Abstract: Various cellular tower plate connection systems are detailed herein. Such systems can include an antenna plate assembly. This assembly can include an antenna plate and antenna port connectors attached to a first side of the antenna plate. Cable connectors may be present that are attached to a second side of the antenna plate opposite the first side of the antenna plate. The assembly can include a first attachment mechanism that secures antenna port connectors to antenna ports of an antenna system. The antenna port connectors may be arranged on the first side of the antenna plate such that the antenna port connectors mate with the antenna ports of the antenna system in a single possible orientation.

Abstract: Various arrangements of a connection system are presented. The system can include radio cable ports. Each radio cable port may be communicatively connected with a different antenna of an antenna system. Each antenna cable port can be configured to be communicatively connected with a different radio of a radio system. Each antenna cable port may be keyed different such that only a particular keyed cable assembly can be mated with the antenna cable port. Each radio cable port is keyed in a same pattern as an antenna cable port with which the radio cable port is intended to be communicatively connected.

Abstract: A universal mounting apparatus suitable for use with a cellular communication system is disclosed here. The mounting apparatus can be used to mount a transceiver radio unit to an antenna structure. The mounting apparatus includes a first mounting plate compatible with the antenna structure, a second mounting plate couplable to the first mounting plate and slidably adjustable relative to the first mounting plate. Openings in the second mounting plate are arranged in a pattern compatible with different possible mounting fastener locations for transceiver radio units. At least one adjustment fastener couples the mounting plates together. When the at least one adjustment fastener is loosened, position of the second mounting plate is adjustable relative to the first mounting plate. When the at least one adjustment fastener is tightened, position of the second mounting plate is locked relative to the first mounting plate.

Such a system can include a cellular component cabinet configured to house a plurality of components of a cellular base station. The cellular component cabinet can define cabinet mounting holes. Such a system can include a support structure that defines mounting holes that correspond to the cabinet mounting holes of the cellular component cabinet. The system can include a stabilization structure that defines earth anchor mounting holes configured to receive earth anchors to anchor the mounting platform to the ground.
