Abstract: A thread conditioner dispenser is provided as well as a method of conditioning thread. The dispenser has a base with two longitudinally extending sidewalls attached which are joined by two transverse sidewalls. A receptacle for thread conditioning compound is defined interior thereto. Notches are formed in each transverse sidewall. The point on each notch closest to the base defines a saddle point. An adhesive layer is attached to the base such that the dispenser may be removably attached to a solid surface. Thread may be passed through one of the notches and withdrawn through the opposed notch.

Abstract: A double needle threader, includes an elongate graspable body having a pair of threading ledges formed thereupon, including a first threading ledge and a second threading ledge, a pair of threading apertures including a first threading aperture and a second threading aperture extending through said threading ledges, a pair of ridges including a first ridge and a second ridge formed adjacent said threading apertures, said ridges each having a collapsible wire loops, including a first wire loop and a second wire loop projecting therefrom extending over said threading apertures, said wire loops each having a generally angular return bend formed therein, said wire loops being configured to be passable through the eye of a needle, wherein the threading loops are of different sizes, the first wire loop being coarser than the second wire loop so that the first wire loop accommodates larger needles and sewing machines, while the second wire loop has a finer wire for smaller needles.

Abstract: A marker ensemble is provided, having a multi-purpose marking tool and a sharpener.The marking tool has a shell, retention sleeve, compression spring, control tab, reversible disk holder, and cap. The shell has an exit opening, an access opening with a mounting socket, and a medially located lateral control slot through which the control tab extends. The retention sleeve has a collet, compressed by the compression spring and uncompressed by the control tab. The disk holder has a body with a retention ridge and a pair of lugs extending from each end to retain a marking disk. One marking disk has a circular periphery and the other marking disk has a toothed periphery. The cap is mounted upon either end.The sharpener includes a blade with a sharpened edge secured to a body with an upper surface, a peripheral surface with a shoulder, waist, and hip, and a lower surface.

Abstract: A hammer is provided having two faces, capable of producing a very wide variety of patterns. One face has a single dome centered in an otherwise un-textured field having a slight curvature, which eases the metalworker's ability to apply only the desired design of a single dome. The dome has an ellipsoidal surface with a diameter at its base of ⅛″ to about ¼″ and a height of from about 3/16- 5/16″. The very tip of the ellipsoid has a radius of curvature from about 0.010-0.015″ while the radius of curvature adjacent the intersection with the body is from about 0.035 to 0.070″. The other face has a similar gently curved field with 3 parallel upraised trapezoidal ridges formed therein, the central ridge having a height between about 0.014-0.020″, the two exterior ridges having a height between about 0.009-0.011″, the central face of all three ridges having a width of about 0.010″, and the included angle between the central face and the inclined sidewalls being about 120°.

Abstract: A bead manipulating tongs is provided. The tongs have a pair of elongated polymeric clenching arms, a polymeric clamp being formed on the interior surface of at least one of the elongated clenching arms, and a bead manipulating tool grasped by the polymeric clamp. The elongated clenching arms have a generally U-shaped profile with the open portion of the U of each arm facing the other, the uprights of the U on each arm forming a generally perimetral wall about a portion thereof. An interruption is formed in the perimetral wall of the elongated clenching arm proximate the polymeric clamp. The head of the bead manipulating tool is congruent to the interruption in the perimetral wall of the elongated clenching arm. A spring positioned between the elongated clenching arms urges one end of each of the elongated clenching arms into engagement with an end of the other elongated clenching arm.

Abstract: A combination measuring tape/chalk marker holder includes a main housing and a chalk retention pocket. The main housing has a main housing shell with a base and a back plate. The main housing is an equilateral triangular prismatic body with two outwardly curved lateral walls meeting at an apex. Within the housing, a locking reel holding a flexible measuring tape is releasably engaged with a locking hub formed on the back plate. The measuring tape extends through a portal formed in one of the outwardly curved lateral walls. The chalk retention pocket is fixed to and extends from the back plate. The pocket has a base parallel to and coextensive with the main housing base, two parallel lateral walls, and a flexible chalk retention member. The chalk retention pocket is flexible and removably retains a convex lensate marking body. A rotatable foot enables the holder to stand erect.
