Abstract:
The present invention relates to a control console automatically planning a personal exercise program in accordance with the physical condition measured through the whole exercise session. The control console is in connection with a heartbeat detector for any fitness equipment. A microprocessor is fitted within the control console and used to record the related change and the interactive relationship of the heartbeat value under exercise parameters of distance, speed, duration and slope during the whole exercise session whenever the operator uses the electric treadmill. Therefore, the current physical state of the certain operator can be exactly detected so as to automatically plan an optimal exercise program according to the personal physical state. In addition, this program will be saved and used for next time when the operator uses the electric treadmill again. Meanwhile, the current physical condition will be measured again so as to renew another optimal exercise program for the certain operator.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rocker arm for an electric treadmill which includes an upright frame, a base frame, a front supporting leg and a rear supporting leg. A console is mounted on the upright frame, and a handrail is fitted to either side thereof. A continuous belt circles therearound for an in-place rotation. In addition, two rocker arms fitted to the upright frame can be held by both hands of a user for a forward and backward swinging movement. Each of both rocker arms with identical construction includes a connecting rod and a holding swing arm with a handle. The bottom end of the connecting rod is pivotably connected to the upright frame by means of a pivot while the top end of the connecting rod is pivotally connected to the holding swing arm as well.
Abstract:
A height-adjustable mechanism for a running frame of a treadmill in which a motor is provided at the bottom of the running frame in order to drive a worm shaft which drives a gearbox having a polygonal output shaft protruding from two sides of the gearbox driving supporting rods with rolling wheels to perform a height-adjusting action for the running frame.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a safety strip of a protection board of a treadmill disposed between a running belt and a protection board in order to cover the clearance between them so that it can be avoided that the strange things or the hands, the feet and the hair are clamped between them to cause an accident.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a cushioning mechanism for a skateboard disposed between a turning shaft under the main body of the skateboard and the wheel assemblies or a supporting element. The clamping cushioning mechanism includes two claw-shaped elements corresponding in form at two sides thereof respectively. The claw-shaped elements have a pivoting hole respectively at the bottom end thereof which are used for connecting with the pivoting member of each wheel assembly. The claw-shaped elements include a clamping face at the top thereof in order to create a receiving space between the clamping face and cross shafts of the respective wheel assembly for fastening a cushion pad. Consequently, when the user stands on the skateboard which is then loaded and pressed downwards, this stress will be transmitted by the transmission axle to the clamping cushioning mechanism. At this time, the clamping faces of the claw-shaped elements will be pressed downwards due to the loading force while an upward reactive force is produced because the wheel assembly is in contact with the ground. Accordingly, the clamping faces and cross shafts clamp themselves in the opposite direction, and an excellent cushioning effect is obtained.
Abstract:
A skateboard having a front supporting bar, a front wheel assembly, a main shaft, a deck, a rear wheel assembly, and a deck fastened on the main shaft, a tail of the deck being raised above and covering the top of the rear wheel assembly. The deck has a resilient section near the rear wheel assembly so that the user can exert a force with his heels to enable the tail of the deck to be sloping with the resilient section serving as pivot. Accordingly, the bottom of the tail of the deck is in contact with the surface of the rear wheels to achieve a braking effect.
Abstract:
An electric jack, which includes a housing, a circuit board mounted inside the housing, a terminal holder mounted inside the housing to hold down said circuit board, a plurality of forked terminals mounted in respectively holes at the terminal holders and welded to respective plug holes at the circuit board, a cable positioned in the terminal holder and having electric wires respectively connected to the forked terminals, and a plurality of holding down caps respectively pivoted to the terminal holders and turned between a first position where the electric wires of the cable are held down by the holding down caps to make a respective electric contact with the forked terminals, and a second position where the holding down caps are disconnected from the electric wires of the cable for enabling the cable to be disconnected from the terminal holder, the terminal holder having two stop blocks at two opposite sides, each stop block having a plurality of recessed receiving holes at inner side, which receive the end of each electric wire of the cable.
Abstract:
A treadmill with a preferred frame relates to a running track frame being anchored at the two sides of the mainframe that primarily used for accommodating and stabilizing a running board. And the front and the back of the running board is coordinated with front and rear rollers, and combined with a running track to provide the user to stand on top of the running track to perform the jogging motion. At this time, the running track will start to rotate repeatedly around the perimeter of the front and rear rollers due to abrasion. The characteristic is the particular runner frame has at least one opening slot, or equipped with an open slot on one of the surfaces, while the total length of that open slots shall exceed one-half of the distance between the front and rear rollers as an optimal choice. Therefore, the existence of that opening slot is utilized to provide adequate reduction to the rigidity of the metal structure in that framework, thus reduces the counter-force and vibrations during the operation. In the mean time, it also greatly cuts down the resonating noises generated from the operation due to gravity and vibrations.
