摘要: An athletic parameter measurement device worn by an athlete during an athletic activity session includes a housing which attaches to the athlete, a display, a processor associated with the display, and an athletic parameter measurement sensor. During the athletic activity, the device detects, using the sensor, a vertical jump height of the athlete, and displays, during the performance of the athletic activity session, a representation of the vertical jump height on the display.

摘要: A radiation-treatment plan that comprises a plurality of dose-delivery fractions can be optimized by using fraction dose objectives and at least one other, different dose objective. This use of fraction dose objectives can comprise accumulating doses delivered in previous dose-delivery fractions. The other, different dose objective can comprise a remaining total dose objective, a predictive dose objective, or some other dose objective of choice. An existing radiation-treatment plan having a corresponding resultant quality and that is defined, at least in part, by at least one delivery parameter can be re-optimized by specifying at least one constraint as regards that delivery parameter as a function, at least in part, of that resultant quality and then applying that constraint when re-optimizing the existing radiation-treatment plan.

摘要: The disclosure describes techniques for associating therapy adjustments with posture states using a timer. The techniques may include detecting a patient adjustment to electrical stimulation therapy delivered to the patient, sensing a posture state of the patient, and associating the detected adjustment with the sensed posture state if the sensed posture state is sensed within a first period following the detection of the adjustment and if the sensed posture state does not change during a second period following the sensing of the sensed posture state.

摘要: There are disclosed systems, devices, and methods for generating insights relating to patient health using a social networking platform interconnecting a patient with a plurality of care givers. The patient is provided access to a computer application configured to solicit and collect patient data from the patient, the computer application selected based on at least one characteristic of the patient. First patient data reflective of the health condition of the patient, as collected by the computer application, are received through the social networking platform. A communication from a care giver is transmitted to the patient through the social networking platform. Second patient data reflective of the health condition responsive to the transmitted communication are received through the social networking platform. The first and second patient data are analyzed to determine at least one insight relating to health of the patient; and a report is generated to present the insight.

摘要: A dashboard centered around arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation tracking is provided. The dashboard includes a heart or cardiac health score that can be calculated in response to data from the user such as their ECG and other personal information and cardiac health influencing factors. The dashboard also provides to the user recommendations or goals, such as daily goals, for the user to meet and thereby improve their heart or cardiac health score. These goals and recommendations may be set by the user or a medical professional and routinely updated as his or her heart or cardiac health score improves or otherwise changes. The dashboard is generally displayed from an application provided on a smartphone or tablet computer of the user.

摘要: In one or more implementations, the present application includes a system and method to classify user activity. A passive tracking device, a processor configured to receive information from the tracking device, and a database are disclosed, in which the database is accessible by the processor and stores tracking device information, user profile information and external information. The processor is configured to execute instructions that cause the processor to perform various steps, such as to define a first activity unit having a first start time that corresponds to detection of the user being engaged in an activity, and monitor the tracking device information, the external information or both. The processor is further configured to establish a first end time of the first activity unit using the monitored information, and automatically ascribe a classification of the first activity unit. The classification of the first activity unit is output to a display of a computing device, and the classification of the first activity unit is stored in the database. Moreover, a user interface is provided that includes selectable options associated with the first activity unit. Thereafter, in response to at least a received selection of at least one of the selectable options, the classification is revised by: joining the first activity unit and a second activity unit having a second start time and a second end time, such that the revised classification has a start time equal to the first start time and an end time equal to the second end time. Further, the first activity unit is merged with a second activity unit having a second start time and a second end time, such that the revised classification has a start time equal to the first start time and an end time equal to the second end time. Alternatively, the first activity unit is divided into at least two activity units, each of at least two activity units having a different respective start time and a different respective end time. The revised classification is output to a display of a computing device, the revised classification is stored in the database.

摘要: A treatment apparatus configured to treat a patient for a neurological disorder comprises a patient interface configured for the patient to enter data for an assessment of his or her subjective sensations, for example pain symptoms associated with migraines. The subjective patient sensation data may comprise at least one of a patient symptom of the neurological condition or a patient trigger of the neurological condition. For example the subjective patient sensations may comprise symptoms that correspond to migraine such as aura symptoms. The treating physician can view the subjective patient data, and diagnose and treat the patient with a treatment plan by writing a treatment plan to a storage device, for example treatment instructions written to a smart card. The storage device can be delivered to the treatment apparatus such that the patient can be treated in response to physician's treatment plan.

摘要: Disclosed aspects relate to generating rationales for treatment options. A set of preference scores that indicates a first preference score for a first treatment option of a set of treatment options may be received. A rank-order that indicates a first ranking for the first treatment option may be received. The set of preference scores may be analyzed with respect to the rank-order to determine a relationship between the first preference score and the first ranking for the first treatment option. Based on the relationship between the first preference score and the first ranking, a set of rationale data for the first treatment option may be generated with respect to the first rank. Based on a user profile for a user, the set of rationale data may be configured for the user. The set of rationale data which is configured for the user may be provided.
