    摘要: A scroll compressor comprising a fixed scroll, a rotating scroll, a compliant frame for supporting the rotating scroll in an axial direction and a main shaft for driving the rotating scroll in directions of radiuses of the rotating scroll, and a guide frame fixed to a hermetically sealed vessel for supporting the compliant frame in the directions of its radiuses, wherein the rotating scroll is slidable in the axial direction by sliding of the compliant frame on the guide frame; a space is formed between the compliant frame and the guide frame; and a pressure in the space is made to be a pressure higher than a suction pressure and the same as a discharge pressure or less, whereby relief of the rotating scroll is avoidable to quickly and constantly realize a state of normal operation.

    摘要: A reliable scroll-type compressor is provided which, even when the compressor is rotated in the reverse direction by the erroneous connection of the power source terminals for example, is prevented from establishing a vacuum state within the compression chamber and no damages occur in the addendum of the stationary scroll and the orbiting scroll. The compressor includes a gear pump which includes a pump case and a pump port. The arrangement of the present invention is such that the pump case alone rotates by 180 degrees upon the reverse rotation of the motor, so that lubricating oil which is at the bottom of a hermetic vessel can be ensured to be supplied by the gear pump to each sliding portion of the compressor.

    摘要: A high-performance and high-reliability scroll compressor which prevents seal property failure at seal necessary points, tooth tip contact, abnormal wear of an elastic body, fatigue failure, etc. A radially outward peripheral projection (4c) is formed on the full outer peripheral surface of a separation plate (4). The peripheral projection (4c) is set to an outer diameter reduced, relative to the inner diameter of the shell main body (9) before a shell lid (20) is sealed by welding, etc., by the dimension corresponding to the shrinkage amount of a shell main body (9). That is, before welding, a minute gap occurs between the outer peripheral surface of the peripheral projections (4c) and the inner peripheral surface of the shell main body (9).
