Abstract: The present disclosure provides a vibrating diaphragm for a miniature sound-producing device and the miniature sound-producing device. The vibrating diaphragm is made of nitrile rubber; the nitrile rubber is prepared by performing cross-linking polymerization on polyacrylonitrile as a polymerization main monomer and a crosslinking monomer which is polybutadiene, and the content of a polyacrylonitrile block of the polymerization main monomer in the nitrile rubber is 10 to 70 wt %. The vibrating diaphragm provided by the present disclosure has more excellent structural stability, anti-polarization capability and low frequency sensitivity. The miniature sound-producing device provided by the present disclosure has more excellent acoustic performance.

Abstract: Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and a sound generating device. The diaphragm comprising at least one elastomer layer, wherein the elastomer layer is made of an ethylene propylene diene monomer; and the ethylene propylene diene monomer is formed by polymerizing three monomers, the three monomers being an ethylene monomer, a propylene monomer and a non-conjugated diene monomer respectively, a mass ratio of the ethylene monomer to the propylene monomer ranging from 0.25 to 4, and content of the non-conjugated diene monomer being 1%-15% of total content of the ethylene monomer and the propylene monomer. The ethylene propylene diene monomer has excellent high-temperature resistance and thermo-oxidative aging resistance; and after the rubber is made into the diaphragm, the diaphragm is capable of working in a high-temperature environment for a long time, maintaining not only excellent elasticity but also excellent anti-fatigue characteristic, thereby possessing excellent reliability.

Abstract: Disclosed are a diaphragm for a sound generating device and a sound generating device. The vibration diaphragm comprises at least one elastomer layer, wherein the elastomer layer is made of a hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber polymer; and the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber polymer comprises acrylonitrile blocks, content of the acrylonitrile blocks in the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber polymer ranging from 10 wt % to 70 wt %, a vulcanizing agent is added into the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber polymer, and content of the vulcanizing agent is 1% to 15% of total content of the hydrogenated nitrile butadiene rubber polymer. The diaphragm of the present disclosure has excellent resilience, maintains high elasticity in a low-temperature environment and is capable of long-time working in a high-temperature environment, therefore enabling the sound generating device to be applied in an extremely severe environment while keeping its acoustic performance in an excellent state.
