Abstract: A speaker assembly including a sound radiating surface suspended over a magnet assembly, a suspension member for suspending the sound radiating surface over the magnet assembly, a voice coil extending from a bottom side of the sound radiating surface, and a capacitive displacement sensor for sensing a movement of the sound radiating surface. The capacitive displacement sensor including a first conductive plate fixedly positioned over the sound radiating surface and a second conductive plate coupled to the sound radiating surface and vertically aligned with the first conductive plate, and wherein the second conductive plate is confined to an area that is entirely radially inward of the voice coil.

Abstract: Disclosed is a vibrating diaphragm assembly, which relates to the technical field of electroacoustic products. The vibrating diaphragm assembly comprises a vibrating diaphragm, wherein the vibrating diaphragm comprises a middle part and a folding ring part surrounding the periphery of the middle part; the vibrating diaphragm comprises a vibrating diaphragm substrate layer and a silica gel layer; the silica gel layer is at least partially combined with the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer; the vibrating diaphragm substrate layer is a high molecular material layer; the silica gel layer is combined on the surface of the folding ring part; and the silica gel layer and the high molecular material layer are formed through injection molding. The vibrating diaphragm assembly of the present invention can improve the compliance of a vibrating diaphragm by arranging a silica gel layer on the surface of a folding ring part and compounding the silica gel layer and a high molecular material layer, improve the chemical stability and the temperature adaptability thereof, optimize the acoustic performance, and improve the product qualification rate.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for making a speaker vibrating member, including: impregnating a fiber cloth with a resin solution for at least one time; removing the fiber cloth from the resin solution, and impregnating the fiber cloth with a water-based rubber solution for at least one time; drying the fiber cloth; forming at least one speaker vibrating member shaped portion on a dried fiber cloth; and cutting the at least one speaker vibrating member shaped portion off from the dried fiber cloth to acquire the speaker vibrating member. In such a way, the fiber cloth may be prevented from sticking with the mold during the formation step due to the protection provided by the release layer. In addition, the speaker vibrating member manufactured by the method has a higher flexibility and a remarkable fatigue resistance; consequently, the sound quality of the speaker may be enhanced.

Abstract: The present application provides a loudspeaker diaphragm, comprising a first surface layer, a middle layer and a second surface layer, that are in a stacked structure. The loudspeaker diaphragm is characterized in that: at least one surface layer of the first surface layer and the second surface layer has a composite structure which is composed of a base layer and a reinforcing layer, and the other surface layer comprises a base layer; the base layer is a poly(ether-ether-ketone) layer, a polyarylester layer, a polyethylene terephthalate layer, a polyetherimide layer or a composite structure composed of any two of the above layers, and the reinforcing layer is a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer layer or a thermoplastic elastomer layer. The loudspeaker diaphragm can reduce diaphragm breakage after power test is performed on a loudspeaker product, improve substrate toughness and improve acoustical property of the loudspeaker.

Abstract: A membrane and a method for producing a diaphragm, and a composite diaphragm are provided. The MCPET material is a MCPET baffle with micropores independent from each other; wherein an average size of the micropore is smaller than or equal to 5 μm, a foaming rate of the MCPET baffle is less than 2 times, and a density of the MCPET baffle is less than 300 kg/m3. The MCPET baffle is further processed by means of layered cut to form the membrane that is thinner than the MCPET baffle. At least one surface with micropores is exposed to form a micropore exposed surface. The membrane is heated under a temperature of 130-140° C. to form the diaphragm. The composite diaphragm includes a main diaphragm and an auxiliary diaphragm, wherein the main diaphragm is made of the membrane of the present application. The diaphragm made of the membrane has a superior sound performance.
