    摘要： An apparatus for detecting the power state of a circuit breaker switch is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a detector circuit, a processor and an indicator. The processor is coupled to the detector circuit. The indicator is coupled to the processor. In operation, the detector circuit senses an electronic signal at the circuit breaker switch and transmits a signal to the processor. The processor then transmits a signal to the indicator indicating the power state and location of the circuit breaker switch.

    摘要： A biopsy device includes a probe and holster that may be coupled together. The probe includes a cannula with a transverse opening and a cutter within the cannula. The holster includes a mechanism that is operable to rotate and translate the cutter within the cannula. In one example, the holster also includes a user interface having buttons and indicators. The indicators may indicate, e.g., the longitudinal position of the cutter within the cannula and an error condition. The buttons may be operable to, e.g., selectively and incrementally adjust the longitudinal position of the cutter within the cannula, initiate a sampling cycle, initiate a clear probe cycle, and initiate a lateral vacuum cycle. The user interface may also include a trigger operable to cock and fire the cannula into tissue. The user interface may be provided as one or more membranes on one or more sidewalls of the holster.

    摘要： An improved dry disc brake has its housing positioned radially inwardly of its rotating member. In this way, the interface between the pads and the rotor is sealed from the environment. Further, there are two braking surfaces on the rotating member at opposed ends of the housing. Since the braking heat is spread across two surfaces, the system is better able to take heat away from the braking operation. The use of external facing fins adds even more capacity to take heat away.

    摘要： A document encryption and decryption system and method for selectively encrypting and decrypting files and attachments, electronic mail, text messages, and any other items to protect or secure its contents by helping to prevent unauthorized individuals from viewing data in human-perceivable or readable form. The encryption and decryption system includes remote authentication to verify user credentials stored on a remote database hosted by a web server. The encryption system further includes remote deletion to automatically delete at least encrypted items stored on the user's computer, handheld or portable device, smartphone, tablet, and any other computer of any kind when enabled and logged onto a network. The encryption and decryption system includes selectively decrypting items by retrieving a decryption key and decrypting the item, and/or typing a decryption key if the item cannot be decrypted with the key, and/or sending an invitation to a recipient using the web server.

    摘要： A photomask (1900) for producing partial-depth features (712 and 912) in a photo-imageable polymer layer (412) on a wafer of a chip scale package (200) using exposure tools capable of resolving sizes of a critical dimension or larger, has a plurality of chrome lines (2101–2103). Each chrome line has a width (2105) that is less than the critical dimension, and each chrome line of the plurality of chrome lines is spaced apart less than the critical dimension. The plurality of chrome lines produces a single partial-depth feature, such as a via, through part of a thickness of the polymer layer. Alternatively, the photomask has a plurality of chrome circles (2206), each chrome circle having a diameter less than the critical dimension and being spaced apart less than the critical dimension, which produces the partial-depth feature. The photomask may also have chrome of width greater than the critical dimension and spaced from other chrome by a distance greater than the critical dimension, which produces a full-depth feature through the entire thickness of the polymer film. The partial-depth feature and the full-depth feature are produced substantially simultaneously during a single series of photo-imaging steps. By preselecting a size, shape and distance between the chrome, the photomask is capable of inscribing discernable markings on the polymer layer, of changing the thickness of the polymer layer, and of changing an optical property of the surface of the polymer layer.

More particularly, the present invention provides novel inhibitors of multidrug transport proteins that may be used in combination with existing antibacterial agent and/or antifungal agents to increase the toxic effects of the antimicrobial agents. More specifically, the present invention provides methods and compositions for enhancing the antibacterial action of fluoroquinolones by administering fluoroquinolones in combination with an inhibitor of multidrug transporters and of enhancing the antifungal action of azole antifungal agents by administering an azole antifungal agent in combination with an inhibitor of multidrug transporters. Compositions comprising indole, urea, quinoline or aromatic amide based inhibitors also are disclosed.

    摘要： A sonic plastic bait has an elongated cylindrical body. Ventral fins are longitudinally aligned in an oblong design along the lower edges of the bait body as a continuation of a belly portion. The belly portion and the fins form the continuous flat underside surface of the sonic bait. The upper part of the body has a rounded back raised above where the ventral fins protrude along the sides. At a front end, the bait body is shaped head-like. Towards the rear end, the bait body slants downward to a size approximately aligned with the ventral fin thickness and forms into a split tail section resembling flukes. The ventral fins are sectioned into individual appendages that vibrate or touch each other and produce a low sound attractive to fish when the sonic plastic bait is pulled through water.
