    Abstract: A terminal device receives a first message, and parses the first message. The first message includes a configuration that is related to PDCCH repetition transmission, and the configuration is related to the PDCCH repetition transmission is for determining M groups of PDCCH candidate sequences.     Abstract: This application discloses a power control method for an uplink control channel, and an apparatus. Based on a time-frequency resource of a first physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) for carrying first uplink control information (UCI) and a time-frequency resource of a second PUCCH for carrying second UCI overlapping, a terminal sends the first UCI and the second UCI over a third PUCCH by using first power. The first power is determined based on a quantity of bits of the first UCI and/or a quantity of bits of the second UCI, to improve UCI transmission reliability in this scenario.

    Abstract: This application discloses a downlink data sending method, a downlink data receiving method, and an apparatus, and relates to the communication field, to resolve a problem that feedback information fails to be sent, and consequently, a retransmission probability of downlink data is increased, and data transmission efficiency is reduced. When at least two of P PDSCHs in one slot overlap in time domain, a network device cancels sending of partially overlapping PDSCHs. If one first PDSCH whose sending is canceled is the last repetition in PDSCH repetitions of first data, and a terminal device receives another repetition in the PDSCH repetitions of the first data before the first PDSCH, the terminal device still sends feedback information for the first data to the network device in a feedback slot corresponding to the first PDSCH.

    Abstract: This application provides a method to improve resource utilization efficiency of an uplink control channel that carries feedback information. A terminal device receives one or more downlink channels carried in one or more first time units, the first time units belonging to in a time unit set; determines a second time unit for carrying feedback information corresponding to the downlink channels according to a first association relationship between the time unit set and the second time unit; determines a first codebook; and sends uplink control information including the first codebook in the second time unit. When one of the downlink channels is received in first time units that belong to a subset of the time unit set, and there is a second association relationship between the subset of the time unit set and the second time unit, the first codebook includes only feedback information corresponding to the downlink channel carried in the first time units in the subset.
