Abstract: This application provides an uplink signal synchronization method and a communication apparatus. A terminal device receives first indication information, where the first indication information indicates first duration, the first duration is validity duration of synchronization information, and the synchronization information is used for uplink signal synchronization. The terminal device performs the uplink signal synchronization based on second indication information within the first duration that is after reception of the second indication information, where the uplink signal synchronization includes time domain offset compensation and/or frequency domain offset compensation, and the second indication information indicates the synchronization information. This can improve communication reliability.

Abstract: This application discloses communication methods and communication apparatuses. A terminal device receives indication information from a network device. The indication information includes one or more indication parameters. The terminal device obtains one or more pieces of configuration information based on the indication parameters. The terminal device performs uplink or downlink data transmission according to the one or more pieces of configuration information. Each pieces of configuration information includes information of a starting location and information of a quantity of time domain symbols in a slot that are occupied by uplink data or downlink data. Each piece of configuration information is selected from a first set of configuration information or a second set of configuration information. The first set of configuration information corresponds to a first mapping type of a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and the second set of configuration information corresponds to a second mapping type of the PDSCH.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide slot format configuration method and device. According to the method, a network device determines a slot format index for performing uplink-downlink transmission with a terminal device. The slot format index corresponds to a row in a slot format information table, and each row in the slot format information table includes positions of uplink symbols, positions of downlink symbols, and positions of unknown symbols in a slot. The network device sends the slot format index to the terminal device. The terminal device determines a slot format for the uplink-downlink transmission from the slot format information table based on the slot format index. The uplink-downlink slot configuration method provided in the embodiments of this application may satisfy specific requirements of low-latency and high-reliability communication scenarios.

Abstract: A method is provided to improve resource utilization efficiency of an uplink control channel carrying feedback information, including: a terminal device receives one or more downlink channels carried in one or more first time units, which belong to a time unit set; determines a second time unit for carrying feedback information corresponding to the downlink channels according to a first association relationship between the time unit set and the second time unit; and sends uplink control information including a determined first codebook in the second time unit. When a downlink channel is received in first time units that belong to a subset of the time unit set, and there is a second association relationship between the subset of the time unit set and the second time unit, the first codebook includes only feedback information corresponding to the downlink channel carried in the first time units in the subset.

Abstract: This application provides methods and apparatuses for sending a HARQ-ACK feedback codebook. One example method includes detecting DCI in a plurality of time units corresponding to at least one carrier, where a type of the DCI is a first DCI type or a second DCI type, where the first DCI is used to indicate to feed back CBG-level HARQ-ACK information for data scheduled by the first DCI, and where the second DCI is used to indicate to feed back TB-level HARQ-ACK information for data scheduled by the second DCI. A HARQ-ACK feedback codebook is then sent to a network device, where the codebook includes HARQ-ACK information of at least one piece of data scheduled by the DCI, and the HARQ-ACK feedback codebook is determined according to the type of the DCI and a type of the HARQ-ACK feedback codebook.
