Abstract: This application provides an uplink transmission method and a communication apparatus, to determine, based on a priority of a PUSCH, a logical channel set corresponding to the PUSCH, generate a MAC PDU based on the logical channel set corresponding to the PUSCH, and send the MAC PDU on the PUSCH. Based on this solution, a priority of an uplink data channel is associated with a logical channel, to provide a solution for mapping data of the logical channel to the uplink data channel.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a downlink control channel monitoring method and apparatus. A terminal device sends N groups of blind monitoring capability parameters to a network device. The monitoring capability parameters include: a reference value of an interval between monitoring spans, a reference value of duration of a monitoring span, and a reference value of a monitoring capability in the monitoring span. The terminal device determines K monitoring spans in a slot based on the N groups of monitoring capability parameters, and allocates a monitoring capability of the terminal device to the K monitoring spans based on the N groups of monitoring capability parameters. The terminal device may further perform blind detection on a downlink control channel in the K monitoring spans based on monitoring capabilities in the K monitoring spans.

Abstract: A first uplink channel is obtained to carry joint information of second uplink control information carried on a second channel and third uplink control information carried on a third uplink channel. In response to the first and third uplink channels meeting a first condition, the joint information is sent on the first uplink channel. Otherwise, the third uplink control information is sent on the third uplink channel. The first condition includes at least one of: (i) a distance between ending symbols on the first and third uplink channels is less than or equal to a first threshold, (ii) a distance between starting symbols on the first and third uplink channels is less than or equal to a second threshold, or (iii) a difference between coding rates of the first and third uplink channels is less than or equal to a third threshold.

Abstract: This application discloses that a terminal device determines at least one target time parameter set based on N time parameter sets, where time unit lengths corresponding to at least two of the N time parameter sets are different; determines M target times based on a first time and the at least one target time parameter set, generates a codebook based on response information corresponding to downlink information received at at least one of the M target times, and sends the codebook to a network device at the first time. Correspondingly, the network device determines, based on the response information included in the codebook, whether the downlink information corresponding to the response information is successfully transmitted. Therefore, when the time unit lengths corresponding to the at least two of the N time parameter sets are different, the network device and the terminal device have a consistent understanding of the codebook.
