    Abstract: A power control method includes determining priorities of uplink transmission and sidelink transmission, where the uplink transmission is used to transmit uplink information by a first terminal device to a network device, and the sidelink transmission is used to transmit sidelink information by the first terminal device to a second terminal device; determining target information that is in the sidelink information and that overlaps with the uplink information in time domain in a scheduling time unit; determining transmit powers of the uplink information and the target information based on the target information and the priorities of the uplink transmission and the sidelink transmission; and sending the uplink information based on the transmit power of the uplink information, or sending the target information based on the transmit power of the target information.

    Abstract: This application provides a communication method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal receives first control information, where the first control information is used to trigger a channel state information (CSI) operation corresponding to a first secondary component carrier, the first secondary component carrier is in a deactivated state, and the CSI operation includes one or more of the following: aperiodic CSI reporting, aperiodic CSI measurement, semi-persistent CSI reporting, or semi-persistent CSI measurement. The terminal performs, based on the first control information, the CSI operation corresponding to the first secondary component carrier.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communications method and apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by a first terminal device, first information sent by a network device, where the first information is used to configure a BWP set; the BWP set includes a first BWP and a second BWP; and the first BWP is used for communication between the first terminal device and the network device, and the second BWP is used for communication between the first terminal device and a second terminal device; and communicating, by the first terminal device, on at least one first BWP and/or at least one second BWP in the BWP set.
