The terminal device receives or sends data on a second time domain resource after determining the second time domain resource based on a time domain position of the first PDCCH and the first time domain resource. The first time domain resource is different from the second time domain resource. The method is applied to a time domain resource assignment process of the data scheduling.

摘要: A terminal receives downlink scheduling information of a downlink subframe F(i, j), where a set M of preconfigured downlink subframes in which the downlink subframe F(i, j) is located is divided into N subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes, a bit quantity of a hybrid automatic repeat request-acknowledgement HARQ-ACK that needs to be fed back for each downlink subframe in one subset of preconfigured downlink subframes is a predetermined value, and bit quantities of HARQ-ACKs that need to be fed back for any downlink subframes in different subsets of preconfigured downlink subframes are different. The terminal generates a HARQ-ACK codebook according to a receiving status of downlink data. And the terminal generates uplink control information after encoding the HARQ-ACK codebook; and a sending module sends the uplink control information.

The method includes: configuring, by a network device, a plurality of serving cells for a terminal, where at least two of the plurality of serving cells have different subcarrier spacings; and determining, by the network device based on at least one of subcarrier spacings of the plurality of serving cells, a maximum number of physical downlink control channel PDCCH candidates monitored by the terminal in a unit time. According to this application, a maximum number of PDCCH candidates monitored by a terminal in one time unit can be determined when carriers for carrier aggregation correspond to different subcarrier spacings.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a wireless network coverage enhancement method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, a downlink signal sent by a network device; determining, by the terminal, a first coverage level of the terminal according to the downlink signal; determining, by the terminal, an uplink communications parameter according to the first coverage level; and sending, by the terminal, an uplink signal to the network device according to the uplink communications parameter. According to the method in embodiments of the present invention, a probability of successfully receiving the uplink signal is improved. Therefore, the network device does not need to send a NACK to the terminal, so that overheads of an air interface between the terminal and the network device are reduced, a period in which the terminal performs coverage enhancement is shortened, and power consumption of the terminal is reduced.
