摘要: A vehicle front structure includes: a structural member that is disposed forward of a cabin of a vehicle and that extends in a width direction of a vehicle; a front pillar that extends in a height direction of the vehicle; a pillar brace having a cabin-side end portion in the vehicle width direction that is coupled to the structural member, and an outer-side end portion in the vehicle width direction that is coupled to a cabin-side surface of the front pillar; and reinforcement means for heightening at least a strength of the cabin-side surface and a front surface of the front pillar, the reinforcement means being provided at a height at which the front pillar and the pillar brace are connected to each other.

摘要: The present invention provides a vehicle front structure which can efficiently absorb collision energy regardless of collision modes. In at least one embodiment, a load transmission member arranged on inner side faces of a front corner part of a subframe has a male member attached to a front frame and a female member attached to a side frame. When a local load is fed to the front frame, the male and female members engage with each other, whereby the front frame is restrained from rotating in such a direction as to approach the side frame, while the fed collision load is transmitted to the side frame through the load transmission member. When a collision load is fed onto an axis of the side frame, the male and female members separate from each other to block the load transmission through the load transmission member.

摘要: An armrest frame (5A) bends at a hinge groove (5A2), which serves as a weak portion, when an impact load is applied to the armrest frame (5A) in an armrest (5) following a side impact with another vehicle. As a result, the armrest (5) is allowed to move toward the inside, in the vehicle width direction, during a side impact with another vehicle, thus ensuring the movement of a seated individual toward the inside, in the vehicle width direction. The vehicle armrest (5) also provides the same sense of stability as an armrest as a conventional armrest during normal use at times other than when there is a side impact with another vehicle.

摘要: To provide a vehicle front portion structure that efficiently cools a cooling unit. A duct, whose upper end opens at a cowl panel side and whose lower end opens above a vehicle front side of a cooling unit, is provided at a vehicle front portion. A blower fan is provided at an intermediate portion of the duct. The blower fan is rotated, and external air, that has been drawn-in from a cowl side, can be blown as cooling wind from a lower end side of the duct toward a condenser and a radiator. Therefore, heat exchange efficiency can be improved as compared with a case of only traveling wind that is introduced in from an opening of a front bumper cover.

摘要: A front end portion of a side member functions as a crumple zone during a collision with another vehicle or the like. A radiator support is attached via a bracket to this crumple zone. When another vehicle or the like collides with the side member, the radiator support separates from the side member. When another vehicle or the like collides with the radiator support, external force applied in the rear direction to the radiator support is transmitted to the side member.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle front structure which can efficiently absorb collision energy regardless of collision modes. In the vehicle front structure of the present invention, a load transmission member arranged on inner side faces of a front corner part of a subframe has a load transmission member male attached to a front frame and a load transmission member female attached to a side frame.
