    Abstract: This application provides a HARQ codebook generation method and a related device. The method includes: receiving, by a terminal, first information, where the first information is used to indicate carriers configured by the access network device for the terminal, the configured carriers include a first carrier and a second carrier,HARQ feedback information of the first carrier and HARQ feedback information of the second carrier are transmitted on an uplink control channel of the first carrier, and a transmission time unit length of the first carrier is not equal to a transmission time unit length of the second carrier; and generating, by the terminal based on HARQ timing of the configured carriers and a relationship between the transmission time unit length of the first carrier and the transmission time unit length of the second carrier, a HARQ codebook transmitted on the uplink control channel of the first carrier.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink transmission method and an apparatus. When a first data packet and a second data packet are simultaneously transmitted, UE maps the first data packet to a first time-frequency resource of a time-frequency resource block, maps the second data packet to a second time-frequency resource of the time-frequency resource block, sends the first data packet and the second data packet by using different time-frequency resources of the same time-frequency resource block, and feeds back a receiving result of the first data packet and the second data packet by using a new feedback mechanism. In this way, a conflict between an initially transmitted data packet and a retransmitted data packet in an SPS scenario can be avoided, and time-frequency resources can be more effectively used.

An actual transmit power of the sidelink in the first time unit based on the sidelink transmit power, the uplink transmit power, and maximum transmit power. The first time unit includes N first time subunits, M second time subunits in the N first time subunits overlap uplink resources, M is less than or equal to N. The N first time subunits are time subunits used for sidelink transmission in the first time unit, and the actual transmit power of the sidelink is constant in the N first time subunits.

    Abstract: A method for determining time information is disclosed. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, information sent by a terminal device; and determining, by the network node, at least one of the following based on the information: a first time interval between downlink scheduling and downlink data transmission, a second time interval between the downlink data transmission and a feedback message sent by the terminal device after the terminal device receives downlink data, and a third time interval between uplink scheduling and uplink data transmission, where the information may include at least one of a subcarrier spacing, an operating band, and a bandwidth that are supported by the terminal device, and further include a first smallest value and/or a second smallest value and/or a third smallest value corresponding to the at least one item. Therefore, flexibility and accuracy of determining the time information are improved.
