Abstract: The present disclosure relates to spectrum resource allocation methods. One example method includes a base station obtains, in real time, a network access request message from a terminal, where the network access request message includes at least one of a network standard supported by the terminal, an access service of the terminal, or QoS of the access service, the base station dynamically allocates spectrum resources to different network standards based on the network access request message, and the base station sends a first network standard access indication message to the terminal, where the terminal accesses a service based on the first network standard access indication message via a corresponding network standard.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to channel quality measurement methods and equipment. One example method includes obtaining, by a user equipment (UE), a signal sending policy. The UE comprises a baseband chip, at least two transmit antennas, and a controller connected to the at least two transmit antennas. The signal sending policy is a policy pre-agreed on by the UE and a base station. The signal sending policy comprises sending sounding reference signals (SRSs) to the base station in a preset order by using n transmit antennas of the at least two transmit antennas. n is an integer greater than or equal to 1. The UE sequentially selects, in the preset order, the n transmit antennas from the at least two transmit antennas. The UE sequentially sends the SRS signals to the base station by using the n transmit antennas.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide an uplink switching solution. In this solution, switching is performed between an SUL and an NUL, and a switching time period for the switching between the SUL and the NUL is longer than 0 microseconds. Therefore, the SUL and the NUL can share a radio frequency channel, so that the shared radio frequency channel can be switched between the SUL and the NUL, thereby improving utilization of the radio frequency channel, and improving uplink transmission performance.

Abstract: This application provides a method for adjusting a half-power angle of an antenna, to adjust a maximum half-power angle or a maximum beam gain of an individual transceiver channel. The method includes: first determining that M antenna elements in N antenna elements connected to a first transceiver channel of an access network device need to be turned on or off, where N>M≥1, and both N and M are integers, that is, a quantity of antenna elements driven by the first transceiver channel needs to be adjusted; and then sending first indication information to the access network device, where the first indication information is used to indicate to turn on or off the M antenna elements.

Abstract: The technology described herein relates to determining transmit power of an uplink signal, to ensure uplink transmission performance of an new radio (NR) base station, and reduce impact on uplink transmission of a long term evolution (LTE) terminal. The technology includes receiving a message sent by a network device, where the message carries a first loss parameter related to a first uplink carrier and a second loss parameter related to a second uplink carrier, and calculating transmit power of an uplink signal. Where the uplink signal is sent on the first uplink carrier, the transmit power of the uplink signal can be calculated based on the first loss parameter related to the first uplink carrier. Where the uplink signal is sent on the second uplink carrier, the transmit power of the uplink signal can be calculated based on the second loss parameter related to the second uplink carrier.
