Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a positioning method based on a time difference of arrival, user equipment, and a network device. The method includes: calculating, by user equipment, a first time difference of arrival RSTD1 based on positioning signals sent by a first base station and a second base station at a same moment; calculating a second time difference of arrival RSTD2 based on known location information of the user equipment; calculating a time alignment error TAE based on the RSTD1 and the RSTD2; and performing, based on the TAE, positioning based on a time difference of arrival TDOA. According to this method, the TAE caused by the base stations is subtracted during positioning calculation. In other words, the time alignment error caused by the base stations is eliminated. Therefore, accuracy of TDOA-based positioning can be ensured.

The present invention discloses a preamble sequence generating method and device, which are used to avoid a problem, caused by damages to a preamble sequence resulting from interference in an NB-PLC system, that it is difficult for a receive end to correctly perform timing synchronization. The method includes: determining a quantity m of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing OFDM symbols that constitute a single pattern in a preamble sequence, where m is not less than 2; and generating a preamble sequence according to m, so that every m OFDM symbols that are in the generated preamble sequence and consecutive in a time domain constitute a single pattern, and the generated preamble sequence includes at least two patterns, where the patterns are different from each other. Embodiments of the present invention further provide a timing synchronization method and device.

Provided in the embodiments of the present invention are a method for configuring a neighboring base station and a micro base station, realizing that the micro base station detects information of at least one macro base station nearby and sends the information of the macro base station to a core network device, so that the core network device queries information of other base station(s) adjacent to the macro base station, and sends the information of the other base station(s) to the micro base station to enable the micro base station to configure the other base station(s) as neighboring base station(s) of the micro base station, thus solving the technical problem of a call drop of a terminal during a cell handover caused as the micro base station does not configure the neighboring base station(s).

A terminal includes a printed circuit board, a conductive plate, a near field communication antenna matching circuit and a near field communication chip, where a slot is disposed in the conductive plate, the conductive plate is provided with an opening at an end of the slot, a through-hole is disposed in the conductive plate, the through-hole communicates with the slot, a first electrical contact and a second electrical contact are disposed on two sides of the slot, respectively. The first electrical contact and the second electrical contact are disposed between the end of the slot and the through-hole, at least one of the first electrical contact or the second electrical contact is coupled to the near field communication antenna matching circuit, and a current corresponding to the near field communication frequency is formed at a periphery of the slot and at a periphery of the through-hole.

The present invention provides a method for determining a neighboring base station, a base station, and a processing network element. The method for determining a neighboring base station includes: receiving, by a base station, a measurement report, sent by a terminal, of another base station adjacent to the base station; sending, by the base station, the measurement report to a processing network element; and determining, by the processing network element, a neighboring base station of the base station according to the measurement report. The technical solution provided in the present invention can be used to determine a neighboring base station of a base station, which avoids a problem in the prior art that an error is likely to occur in manually determining a neighboring base station of a base station, thereby improving accuracy of determining a neighbor relationship between base stations.
