Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a resource allocation method and a related device and system. The method may include: allocating a resource group including M first resource blocks to a terminal when allocating uplink resources, where an occupancy ratio of a frequency spacing formed by the M first resource blocks to a system bandwidth is greater than a preset threshold, and the resource group further includes N second resource blocks in any frequency domain positions, where M≥2, N≥1, and both M and N are positive integers; and sending resource indication information to the terminal, where the resource indication information includes information about the resource group. According to the embodiments of this application, scheduling of uplink resources can be more flexible for use of an unlicensed frequency band while the OCB requirement of ETSI is met.

Abstract: The present application discloses an uplink LBT channel detection method, an uplink data sending method, and a device. The method includes: before transmitting a UL grant, determining, by a base station, based on a service priority in a BSR of user equipment scheduled in a self-contained subframe, a contention window required for performing LBT; and performing, by the base station, the LBT based on the contention window, and after detecting that a channel is idle, transmitting, in the self-contained subframe through the channel, a UL grant corresponding to the user equipment; or after detecting, by using the LBT, that a channel is idle, transmitting, by the base station in the self-contained subframe through the channel, a UL grant corresponding to the user equipment, where the UL grant carries information about the contention window, so that the user equipment performs the LBT based on the information about the contention window.

Abstract: This application provides a terminal apparatus and method for discontinuous reception (DRX) in an unlicensed band, and may be applied to a scenario in which a terminal device performs communication through a sidelink or a Uu link. A signal receive end monitors a sidelink signal and/or a downlink signal on a grant-free resource configured by a network device, and switches between a non-DRX mode and a DRX mode when a corresponding preset condition is met. Alternatively, a transmit end directly indicates a receive end to use a DRX mode or a non-DRX mode, or indirectly indicates, with assistance of a network device, a receive end to use a DRX mode or a non-DRX mode. In this way, DRX of the receive end can be implemented in a sidelink unlicensed band or a Uu link unlicensed band. This reduces power consumption of the receive end.

Abstract: This application discloses a directional measurement method and a device. In this one example solution, a terminal device may determine a to-be-measured receive beam, and perform received signal strength indication (RSSI) measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam. The terminal device may perform RSSI measurement on the to-be-measured receive beam in a targeted manner, and does not need to perform RSSI measurement in all directions. Therefore, directional RSSI measurement of the terminal device can be implemented.

Abstract: A random access method is described that includes a network device determines a first channel access type used by a terminal device to access a first unlicensed frequency band, where the first channel access type is one of channel access types of an unlicensed frequency band, and there are two channel access types of the unlicensed frequency band: frame based equipment (FBE) and load based equipment (LBE). The network device sends a first system message to the terminal device, where the first system message carries first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate the first channel access type. The terminal device obtains the first system message from the network device, and accesses the first unlicensed frequency band by using the first channel access type indicated by the first indication information.
