Abstract: This application discloses a method for obtaining QoE information, a terminal, and a network device. The method may include: receiving, by the terminal, a QoE information reporting policy delivered by the network device; and reporting the QoE information to the network device based on the QoE information reporting policy, to enable the network device to schedule radio resources based on the reported QoE information, where the radio resources are used to transmit video service information for the terminal. By implementing this application, based on the QoE information reported by the terminal, the network device can learn of a video status and schedule the radio resources for a video service of the terminal, to ensure that a video can be normally played, thereby improving user experience and QoE.

Embodiments provide a cell handover method and apparatus, and a device, so as to reduce a delay time in a cell handover procedure.

Abstract: A communication device receives a parallel hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) communication instruction, where the parallel HARQ communication instruction is used to instruct the communication device to send or receive data in a parallel HARQ manner, where the sending data in a parallel HARQ manner by the communication device is sending, by the communication device, at least one data packet with same content within a transmission time interval; and the receiving data in a parallel HARQ manner by the communication device is receiving at least one data packet with same content within a transmission time interval, and performing combined decoding on the received at least one data packet with same content; and the communication device sends or receives the data in the parallel HARQ manner according to the parallel HARQ communication instruction. According to the present invention, a delay of data transmission can be reduced.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a beam-based multi-connection communication method, a terminal device, and a network device. In the beam-based multi-connection communication method, after a terminal device establishes an RRC connection to a terminal, a base station or the terminal device may trigger a random access process to establish at least one beam connection, or when the terminal device is idle, establishment of at least one beam connection may be completed as a random access process is performed, to reduce system overheads for performing beam communication restoration by the terminal device after communication on a single beam is interrupted, and avoid a data transmission interruption between the base station and the terminal device, thereby ensuring normal communication between the base station and the terminal device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a communication method, and a communications apparatus and system. User equipment can communicate with the network device by using a plurality of beams, the plurality of beams include a first beam and at least one second beam, the first beam is a serving beam used by the user equipment to listen to control information, and the second beam is a beam other than the serving beam. The method includes: determining, by the user equipment, that the serving beam is blocked; and obtaining, by the user equipment, a first message from the network device by using the first beam or the second beam. According to the method, the UE may determine that the serving beam is blocked, and further obtain the first message sent by the network device, thereby eliminating an adverse effect caused by the blocking of the serving beam. Correspondingly, the network device may also determine that the serving beam is blocked, and further send the first message, thereby eliminating an adverse effect caused by the blocking of the serving beam.
