The method includes: sending, by a base station, a time-frequency resource on which a communication equipment sends any one preamble to the base station on a physical random access channel and corresponding relationship between a physical random access feedback channel and a physical random access channel to a user equipment on a downlink resource through system broadcast; sending, by the communication equipment, any one preamble to the base station on the time-frequency resource, receiving random access feedback information sent by the base station, performing synchronization with the base station through a TA carried in the random access feedback information, sending an RRC connection request message to the base station on the time-frequency resource biased with a preset time, receiving an RRC establishment message sent by the base station, and then establishing an RRC connection with the base station.
Abstract:
A method and system for accessing a network are disclosed in the present invention. The method includes that: terminals in a same group execute random number synchronization; when an arbitrary first terminal in the group initiates network access, terminals in the group except the first terminal monitor the access of the first terminal according to the synchronized random number; after monitoring that the first terminal accesses network successfully, the terminals in the group except the first terminal initiate network access by using Radio Resource Control (RRC) connection uplink resources which are allocated to the group by the network. The technical solution of the present invention can reduce the signaling overhead for establishing signaling connection and data bearing.

Abstract:
The present invention discloses a method for obtaining an Internet protocol header replacement mapping, which belong to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: obtaining, by a network node, fixed IP header information which is bound to a UE, where the network node is an MME or an eNB or a PGW or an SGW; establishing an IP header replacement mapping according to the fixed IP header information, where the IP header replacement mapping is correspondence between the fixed IP header information and an index or a bearer; and performing data transmission with the UE according to the IP header replacement mapping. In the present invention, the network node establishes the IP header replacement mapping according to the obtained fixed IP header information which is bound to the UE, the method is more flexible.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a data sending method. The data sending method includes: determining, according to location generation information of a PDCCH on a non-legacy resource, a resource location, on a subframe, of the PDCCH on the non-legacy resource; and sending the subframe to a UE, where the PDCCH on the non-legacy resource is contained on the resource location of the subframe, so that the UE determines the resource location, on the subframe, of the PDCCH on the non-legacy resource according to the location generation information. In the embodiments of the present invention, both the base station and the UE may determine a resource location of the PDCCH on the non-legacy resource separately by using the location generation information, thereby avoiding a circumstance that the UE equipped with only the capability of receiving a PDCCH on a non-legacy resource cannot access a network.
Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a user equipment pairing processing method, a network side device, and a user equipment. The method includes: acquiring, by a network side device, pairing request information of a beneficial user equipment and a candidate support user equipment that are to be paired; and implementing, by the network side device, pairing of the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment according to the pairing request information, and sending a pairing success message to the beneficial user equipment and the candidate support user equipment. In the technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present invention, user pairing in cooperative communication is implemented.
Abstract:
A data transmission method is disclosed. N streams of video data uploaded by a video capture terminal are received, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 1; loopback indication information sent by a mobility management entity or the video capture terminal is received, where the loopback indication information carries an identifier of a bearer of video data to be looped back; according to the identifier of the bearer of the video data to be looped back, the video data to be looped back corresponding to the identifier of the bearer of the video data to be looped back is confirmed; and the video data to be looped back is sent to a trunking terminal. In the data transmission method, data that the trunking terminal needs to monitor is directly looped back at the base station.

Abstract:
Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for updating system information, an access network equipment, and a user equipment. Embodiments of the present invention can avoid the problem that, in the prior art, the user equipment is unable to correctly receive updated system information in that a subframe, configured by the user equipment supporting a half duplex data transmission mode in a system information receiving window corresponding to updated system information, may include an uplink subframe, or may further include an idle subframe, thus enhancing reliability of acquiring system information and reliability of data transmission.
