    Abstract: The invention discloses a method for transmitting and receiving downlink control information, a serving node and a user equipment. The method comprises: determining, by a serving node of a interfered UE, a protected resource, wherein the protected resource is located in at least one of the followings: a physical resource corresponding to a USS in a PDCCH, a physical resource corresponding to an expanded CSS in the PDCCH, a physical resource corresponding to a USS in an E-PDCCH or a physical resource corresponding to a CSS of the E-PDCCH; transmitting, by the serving node, first downlink control information of an interfered cell on the protected resource, wherein the first downlink control information comprises scheduling information for scheduling a paging message and/or a SIB1 message of the interfered cell. The invention can reduce the interference to a system broadcast message, a paging message and the like in a heterogeneous network.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, channel indication information from an access network device on a physical control channel; determining the channel resource set that is of N channel resource sets and that matches a type or a size of the UCI as a first channel resource set; determining a channel resource that is in the first channel resource set and that is indicated by the channel indication information; and sending uplink control information UCI to the access network device on the channel resource. A quantity of bits that need to be added to the channel indication information in the embodiments of the present invention is less th-n that in the prior art.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and an apparatus, in which two radio access network devices share a resource. A first radio access network device determines a resource occupation status corresponding to a different status of a second access network device on a shared resource. The first radio access network device indicates the resource occupation status to a terminal device served by the first radio access network device. The terminal device determines an available resource in a shared carrier based on the resource occupation status, and communicates with the first access network device using the available resource. The first radio access network device can perform communication on the shared resource regardless of a status of the second radio access network device on the shared resource, so that the two radio access network devices flexibly and efficiently coexist in the shared carrier. This improves utilization of the shared resource.
