摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle is provided. The apparatus charges a vehicle battery upon receiving power from different power sources. The apparatus includes a motor generating power to drive the electric vehicle and an inverter supplying power to the motor. An AC power input terminal receives at least one of single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector having a single three-leg half bridge circuit receives the AC input power through the AC power input terminal. A link capacitor is charged through a combination of the power factor corrector, the motor, and the inverter. A switch network has at least one switch for selectively connecting the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector, the link capacitor, the motor, or the inverter. A controller operates the power factor corrector, the switch network, and the inverter based on a condition of received AC input power.

摘要: A charging apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes an AC power input stage receiving at least one AC input power from among single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector has a single three-leg half bridge circuit receiving the AC input power through the AC power input stage. A link capacitor is charged through the power factor corrector. A converter connects between the link capacitor and a battery. A first switch connects any one of an AC power input line and a neutral line of the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector. A second switch selectively connects the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector, or the link capacitor. A controller operates the power factor corrector and the switch network based on the received condition of the AC input power.

摘要: A vehicle electronic module is provided. The vehicle electronic module has a reduced size and improved productivity by replacing a sensor and an offset unit of an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter module with a printed circuit board (PCB) winding structure. The electronic module includes a sensor that detects EMI noise of a power line and an offset unit that transmits an offset voltage for removing the EMI noise to the power line. A controller is configured to generate the offset voltage that corresponds to the EMI noise detected by the sensor. Then sensor and the offset unit are formed in a stacked structure of the PCB.

摘要: A charging device may include a Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit including first to third inductors connected to each of first to third input terminals, and first to third switch legs connected to each of the first to third inductors; and a relay network including a plurality of relays. When the first input terminal, the second input terminal and the third input terminal are connected to each phase of three-phase powers, the relay network connects each phase of the three-phase powers to the corresponding one among the first switch leg, the second switch leg, and the third switch leg, and the PFC circuit is operated as a three-phase boost PFC, when a single-phase power is connected to one among the first input terminal, the second input terminal and the third input terminal, the relay network connects the single-phase power to the first and second switch leg, connects the third switch leg to the neutral point, and the PFC circuit is operated as an interleaved single-phase full-bridge PFC of single inductor type.

摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle is provided. The apparatus includes an AC power input terminal receiving one AC input power from among single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector having full bridge circuits receives the AC input power through the AC power input terminal. A link capacitor is charged through the power factor corrector. A first switch connects any one of an AC power input line and a neutral line of the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector and a second switch selectively connects the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector, or the link capacitor. The power factor corrector and the switch network operate based on a condition of received AC input power. The second switch includes a third switch and a fourth switch that connect each full bridge circuit to a positive battery electrode.
