摘要: A vehicle includes a first battery configured to output power at a first voltage, a second battery configured to output power at a second voltage, and a direct current (DC)-DC converter configured to convert the first voltage of the first battery to the second voltage and supply power at the second voltage to the second battery. The DC-DC converter includes a transformer, at least one switch, at least one rectifying diode, and a snubber circuit. The transformer is configured to transform the first voltage to the second voltage. The at least one switch is configured to control a first current input to the transformer from the first battery. The at least one rectifying diode is configured to rectify an alternate current (AC) output from the transformer. The snubber circuit is configured to prevent overvoltage from being applied to the at least one rectifying diode.

摘要: A vehicle charging apparatus includes: an AC/DC converter configured to variably output a DC link voltage; and a DC/DC converter electrically connected to the AC/DC converter and configured to acquire an output voltage by conversion of the DC link voltage outputted by the AC/DC converter and transmit the acquired output voltage to a battery. The AC/DC converter includes: a first switch element configured to adjust a power factor of the AC/DC converter according to an operation of the first switch element, and a second switch element configured to increase the DC link voltage outputted by the AC/DC converter according to the operation of the first switch element.

摘要: A motor driving and battery charging apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes a motor having a plurality of coils, a rectifier circuit connected to the plurality of coils, and a high voltage battery. An inverter generates a driving current from an output voltage of the high voltage battery and supplies the driving current to the motor while the motor operates. While the high voltage battery is charged, the rectifier circuit rectifies an alternating current (AC) of an external power source, the motor and the inverter compensate for a power factor of the current rectified by the rectifier circuit, and the high voltage battery is charged with an output current of the motor and the inverter.

摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle is provided. The apparatus charges a vehicle battery upon receiving power from different power sources. The apparatus includes a motor generating power to drive the electric vehicle and an inverter supplying power to the motor. An AC power input terminal receives at least one of single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector having a single three-leg half bridge circuit receives the AC input power through the AC power input terminal. A link capacitor is charged through a combination of the power factor corrector, the motor, and the inverter. A switch network has at least one switch for selectively connecting the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector, the link capacitor, the motor, or the inverter. A controller operates the power factor corrector, the switch network, and the inverter based on a condition of received AC input power.

摘要: A charging apparatus is provided. The apparatus includes an AC power input stage receiving at least one AC input power from among single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector has a single three-leg half bridge circuit receiving the AC input power through the AC power input stage. A link capacitor is charged through the power factor corrector. A converter connects between the link capacitor and a battery. A first switch connects any one of an AC power input line and a neutral line of the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector. A second switch selectively connects the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector, or the link capacitor. A controller operates the power factor corrector and the switch network based on the received condition of the AC input power.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a charging apparatus. The charging apparatus includes an alternating current (AC) power input stage receiving at least one AC input power from among a single-phase AC power and a multi-phase AC power.
