摘要: Disclosed herein is a charging apparatus for an electric vehicle. The charging apparatus includes a motor generating a power for vehicle driving. An inverter supplies a power to the motor. An alternating current (AC) power input stage receives an AC input power from among a single-phase AC power and a multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector includes full bridge circuits receiving the AC input power through the AC power input stage. A link capacitor is charged through a combination of the power factor corrector, the motor, and the inverter. A switch network has a first switch connecting one of an AC power input line and a neutral line of the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector and a second switch selectively connecting the AC power input stage to the power factor corrector or the link capacitor. A controller operates the power factor corrector and the switch network based on a received AC input power condition.

摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle has a small-sized simple structure, and charges a battery of the electric vehicle upon receiving electricity from various kinds of power sources. The charging apparatus includes a motor, an inverter, an AC power input stage, a power factor, a link capacitor, a switch network, and a controller. The AC power input stage receives an AC input power from a single-phase AC power or a multi-phase AC power. The power factor corrector has a single three-leg half bridge circuit receiving the AC input power through the AC power input stage, and the link capacitor is charged through at least one of combinations of the power factor corrector, the motor, and the inverter. The controller controls the power factor corrector and the switch network based on a condition of AC input power received through the AC power input stage.

摘要: A charging apparatus for an electric vehicle is provided. The apparatus charges a vehicle battery upon receiving power from different power sources. The apparatus includes a motor generating power to drive the electric vehicle and an inverter supplying power to the motor. An AC power input terminal receives at least one of single-phase AC power and multi-phase AC power. A power factor corrector having a single three-leg half bridge circuit receives the AC input power through the AC power input terminal. A link capacitor is charged through a combination of the power factor corrector, the motor, and the inverter. A switch network has at least one switch for selectively connecting the AC power input terminal to the power factor corrector, the link capacitor, the motor, or the inverter. A controller operates the power factor corrector, the switch network, and the inverter based on a condition of received AC input power.

The power factor corrector and the switch network operate based on a condition of received AC input power. The second switch includes a third switch and a fourth switch that connect each full bridge circuit to a positive battery electrode.

摘要: A vehicle electronic module is provided. The vehicle electronic module has a reduced size and improved productivity by replacing a sensor and an offset unit of an electromagnetic interference (EMI) filter module with a printed circuit board (PCB) winding structure. The electronic module includes a sensor that detects EMI noise of a power line and an offset unit that transmits an offset voltage for removing the EMI noise to the power line. A controller is configured to generate the offset voltage that corresponds to the EMI noise detected by the sensor. Then sensor and the offset unit are formed in a stacked structure of the PCB.

摘要: A transmission system of a hybrid electric vehicle may include an input shaft connected to an engine, a planetary gear set including a first rotation element operated as an output element, a second rotation element connected to the input shaft and operated as an input element, and a third rotation element operated as another output element, a first motor operably connected to the first rotation element, and selectively connected to a transmission housing, a first motor/generator configured to generate electric energy by receiving torque through the first motor shaft, a second motor shaft being a hollow shaft, disposed at a radial exterior of the first motor shaft without rotational interference with the first motor shaft, and operably connected to the third rotation element so as to receive torque of the engine, and a second motor/generator disposed on the second motor shaft and outputting torque through the second motor shaft.

摘要: An integrated converter and method are provided that combine an onboard charger and a low voltage direct current converter. The integrated improves the charging efficiency of the battery of a vehicle and supplies the high density power to an electronic device load. The charging efficiency of the high voltage battery and electricity transmitting efficiency to the low voltage converter is improved using the integrated converter. Furthermore, the low voltage converter receives high density power since the low voltage converter is input with a substantially stable voltage from the integrated converter.
