Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and machine-readable storage media of a multi-access edge computing (MEC) component, of a first MEC system, for discovering platforms in MEC systems, are described. In an example, a list of MEC system identifiers is received from a dedicated reference point. The MEC system identifiers includes a system identifier of a second, different MEC system. A list of available MEC hosts in the second MEC system that fulfill a predefined requirement is received. A list of shareable services on the first MEC system is determined. Information is provided to the second MEC system regarding the list of shareable services on the first MEC system.

Abstract: Technology for downlink signaling between an enhanced Node B (eNB) and user equipment (UE) with a selected cyclic prefix (CP) for the UE is disclosed. In an example, a user equipment (UE) can include circuitry configured to: estimate a delay spread for a corresponding channel between the eNB and the UE; communicate the estimated delay spread from the UE to the eNB to enable the eNB to determine a selected cyclic prefix (CP) length for downlink signaling; receive the selected CP length from the eNB for a transmission time interval (TTI); and process received downlink data for the TTI using the selected CP length.

Abstract: A method for performing a mobile radio cell search may include receiving one or more wireless signals from one or more mobile radio cells as part of a first partial mobile radio cell search; determining a reliability metric and a mobile radio cell detection occurrence count for each of the one or more mobile radio cells based on the one or more received wireless signals; and performing a second partial mobile radio cell search for one or more mobile radio cells having a reliability metric or mobile radio cell detection occurrence count that satisfies a predefined condition. Alternatively, a method for performing a mobile radio cell search may include performing a second partial mobile radio cell search only for mobile radio cells having a reliability metric that satisfies a predefined condition.
