Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and machine-readable storage media of a multi-access edge computing (MEC) component, of a first MEC system, for discovering platforms in MEC systems, are described. In an example, a list of MEC system identifiers is received from a dedicated reference point. The MEC system identifiers includes a system identifier of a second, different MEC system. A list of available MEC hosts in the second MEC system that fulfill a predefined requirement is received. A list of shareable services on the first MEC system is determined. Information is provided to the second MEC system regarding the list of shareable services on the first MEC system.

Abstract: User equipment (UE) can include processing circuitry configured to decode radio resource control (RRC) signaling from a base station, the RRC signaling indicating a transmission coding scheme for a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission. PUSCH-to-phase tracking reference signal (PT-RS) energy per resource element (EPRE) ratio is determined using the RRC signaling. A PT-RS power boosting factor is determined based on the transmission coding scheme and the PUSCH-to-PT-RS EPRE ratio. The PT-RS is encoded for transmission using a plurality of PT-RS symbols, the transmission using increased transmission power corresponding to the PT-RS power boosting factor. The RRC signaling further includes a flag enabling the PT-RS transmission. The PUSCH-to-PT-RS EPRE ratio is 00 or 01, and the transmission coding scheme is a codebook-based uplink transmission or non-codebook-based uplink transmission.

Abstract: An apparatus and system to provide MBS transmissions are described. MBS-specific common resource pools are provided for simultaneously reception of multiple MBS transmissions. The pools have non/partial/fully-overlapped frequency resources in a UE-specific downlink BWP. A control resource set is associated with the pool to allocate the MBS downlink grant as well as the MBS data resource can within the pool. A slot contains multiple mini-slots that contain an MBS transmission, a unicast PDSCH transmission, and a second unicast PDSCH transmission for a different UE or to retransmit the MBS transmission. Control channel search spaces allocate different DCI formats in the slot.

Abstract: Systems and methods are described for indicating a range for which HARQ feedback is to be transmitted for sidelink V2X communications. A TX UE receives from a gNB an RRC message with an IE that describes a communication range. The communication range is used by a RX UE when the TX UE transmits a groupcast PSSCH and PSCCH to the RX UE to determine whether or not to send HARQ feedback in response to the TX UE transmission. The RX UE receives the communication range from the gNB or the TX UE signals the communication range in the SCI of the PSCCH. If the TX UE sends a TB in which multiple DRBs with different communication ranges are used for the PDU, the SCI indicates that either the maximum or minimum communication range is to be used.
