    摘要: In a focus detecting device having a secondary image unit disposed rearwardly of the predetermined imaging plane of an objective lens, a plurality of pairs of object images based on light fluxes passing through different portions of the pupil of the objective lens are formed on a photoelectric conversion element array disposed rearwardly of the secondary imaging unit. The focus of the objective lens is detected from the amount of relative deviation between the object images formed on the photoelectric conversion element array. The secondary imaging unit includes at least two members, a first member having a first pair of lens-acting surfaces and a second pair of lens-acting surfaces on one end thereof, and a second member having a first pair of prism surfaces and a second pair of prism surfaces which differ in refractive power from each other. The second member being fixed to the first member after being rotatively adjusted relative to the first member.

    摘要: A focusing detecting device is disclosed having apparatus for forming object light patterns whose relative position changes in conformity with a focus state of an objective lens. Light flux passes through different areas of an exit pupil of the objective lens, and circuitry receives and photoelectrically converts the light patterns, and detects the focus state of the objective lens on the basis of the photoelectrically converted signal. The focusing apparatus accroding to the present invention a plurality of sets of structures for forming light patterns and means for photoelectrically converting the light patterns which are provided at different distances from the position of the optic axis of the objective lens. Also disclosed are means for making (a) the shapes of the areas of the exit pupil through which the light flux is passed to form the light patterns, or (b) intervals between the centers of gravity of said areas, or (c) both, different between a position in the vicinity of the optic axis of the objective lens, and a position distant therefrom.

    摘要: In a focus detecting device, a plurality of distributions of quantity of light regarding the image of an object to be photographed are formed by optical means disposed on the image plane side of an objective lens by the use of light beams passed through different areas of the pupil of the objective lens. The relative positional relation between the plurality of distributions of quantity of light is found by light receiving means, and the in-focus state of the objective lens is found by the use of a signal from the light receiving means. The optical means has at least three pairs of secondary imaging lenses each forming a pair of light distributions corresponding to the image of the object to be photographed, and is constructed so that at least two of the light segments passing through the vertices of the lens surfaces of the pairs of secondary imaging lenses intersect each other and at least one other light segment does not intersect.

    摘要: A focus detecting apparatus is provided with a plurality of pattern forming lenses for forming light patterns whose relative positional relation varies in conformity with the focus adjusted state of an objective optical system from lights passed through different areas on the pupil of the objective optical a sensing device is included for sensing the light patterns and producing a signal regarding the relative positional relation between the light patterns. A light divider is inclined along an optical path passing through the areas on the pupil and has a light-transmitting area through which light is refracted and transmitted. The light divider is disposed between the objective optical system and the pattern forming lenses. The pattern forming lenses are different in shape and are formed asymmetrically with respect to the optic axis of the objective optical system to correct the destruction of the light patterns caused by the light divider.
