    Abstract: A combination weighing apparatus includes a combination weighing unit configured to store articles supplied from outside into each of a plurality of weighing hoppers, to select a combination of measured values from a plurality of measured values of the articles corresponding to each of the weighing hoppers such that a total value results in a target measured value, and to cause the hoppers corresponding to the combination to discharge the articles, in which a discharge chute that receives the articles discharged from the combination weighing unit and that supplies the articles to a processing device for a subsequent process is provided, and the discharge chute is provided to be movable between a first position where the discharge chute receives the articles discharged from the combination weighing unit and a second position where the discharge chute is made to be detachable from a frame supporting the combination weighing unit.

    Abstract: A combination weighing apparatus includes a timing hopper, a frame, and a support member. The support member is a member attached to the frame and moves a position of the timing hopper between (1) a first mounting position at which the timing hopper receives and retains objects to be weighed and (2) a second mounting position related to attachment and detachment of the timing hopper without changing a fixed state of the timing hopper with respect to the support member. A movement direction in which the timing hopper moves from the first mounting position to the second mounting position intersects a removing direction in which the timing hopper fixed at the predetermined position is removed from the support member.

    Abstract: In an article processing apparatus (1), a plurality of hoppers (12) are disposed in a circular shape and each of the plurality of hoppers (12) causes an article (100) received from an upstream side to temporarily stay and then discharges the article (100) toward a discharge opening (20) on a downstream side. Each of the hoppers (12) includes: a body portion (12A); a slide portion (12B) provided on a downstream side of the body portion (12A), and having a slide surface (120) extending continuously from the body portion (12A); and a gate (12C) provided on the body portion (12A) to switch between a first state where the gate (12C) causes the article (100) to stay in the body portion (12A) and a second state where the gate (12C) releases the staying of the article (100) to cause the article (100) to slide down from the body portion (12A). The slide portion (12B) has a length (L) or an angle (A) with respect to a horizontal direction (H) of a path along which the article (100) slides down the slide surface (120), takes off from a downstream end portion (120E) of the slide portion (12B), freely falls in a space (S) where the slide surface (120) does not exist, and then reaches the discharge opening (20), in the second state.

    Abstract: A weighing and packaging apparatus (10) includes a packaging unit (14), a weighing unit (11), and a frame (70). The packaging unit (14) includes a film transport mechanism (30) that transports a film (F) in a film transport direction, a detachable former (22), a former seat (82) that supports the former (22), and a sealing mechanism (50). The weighing unit (11) is positioned on an upper side in a vertical direction of the packaging unit (14), and supplies articles (A) to be packaged to the packaging unit (14). The frame (70) supports at least the weighing unit (11), and includes legs including a first front leg (71a), a first back leg (71b), a second front leg (72a), and a second back leg (72b). A movable portion (89) including the former seat (82) moves in a maintenance mechanism movable space (PM) when the former (22) is detached. All of the legs are located so as to avoid a leg prohibited space (PP).

    Abstract: A combination weighing apparatus includes a plurality of hoppers and a collecting chute. Each of the plurality of hoppers has a main body provided with a first opening and a second opening, and a gate allowed to be opened and closed with respect to the second opening. The main body is provided with a first inner surface and a second inner surface having an intersecting positional relationship to protrude outward with respect to the centerline. The collecting chute has at least a chute portion configured to receive articles discharged from the plurality of hoppers and slide the articles. A portion of the chute portion located below the plurality of hoppers is provided with a first receiving surface and a second receiving surface having an intersecting positional relationship to protrude outward with respect to the centerline.

    Abstract: A combination weighing device facilitates the performance of operation using optimal operational settings. The combination weighing device includes a dispersion feeder, a plurality of radial feeders and a plurality of weighing hoppers. The dispersion feeder is disposed in an upper portion, and conveys and disperses supplied articles. The radial feeders are arranged radially on the periphery of the dispersion feeder, and convey the articles that are discharged from the dispersion feeder. The weighing hoppers receive the articles discharged from the radial feeders.
