摘要: A vibratory conveying apparatus (10) comprises a trough (20) for conveying articles from an upstream side to a downstream side, a vibrator (30) for vibrating the trough (20), and an attachment/detachment mechanism (40) for attaching and detaching the trough (20) and the vibrator (30). The attachment/detachment mechanism (40) has a trough-side attachment/detachment member (50), a vibrator-side attachment/detachment member (70), and a lever (65). The trough-side attachment/detachment member (50), which is secured to a trough bottom plate (21), has a protruding part (55) disposed on the upstream side and an eccentric cam (66) disposed on the downstream side. The vibrator-side attachment/detachment member (70), which is secured to the vibrator (30), has a protruding part (72) disposed on the upstream side and a bent part (73) disposed on the downstream side. The lever (65) is configured to be moved up and down to switch between a fixed state in which the trough-side attachment/detachment member (50) and the vibrator-side attachment/detachment member (70) are fixed to each other, and a separated state in which the two members are separated from each other.

摘要: To provide a highly reliable combination weighing device having an object supply chute disposed above a dispersion section, which can prevent foreign matter from being mixed into objects due to the falling of screw members from a support frame supporting the object supply chute. A combination weighing device is provided with a dispersion section, weighing hoppers, a control unit, an object supply chute (150), and a support frame (100). The dispersion section disperses and supplies objects around the dispersion section. The weighing hoppers are arranged around the dispersion section. The control unit performs combination calculation based on weighing values in the weighing hoppers. The object supply chute is placed above the dispersion section and supplies the objects to the dispersion section. The support frame supports the object supply chute. The support frame includes members (111, 113, and 114) as engaged members, hooks as engaging members that engage with the engaged members, and fixing members (140) as non-screw members. The fixing members press the engaging members against the engaged members and fix the engaging members to the engaged members.

摘要: The object of the present invention is to provide a combination weighing device in which supply of articles at an article conveyance part is controlled with good precision. A combination weighing device (100) is provided with article conveyance parts (10, 20) having loading parts (11, 21) of articles and driving parts (12, 22) for driving the loading parts, the article conveyance parts (10, 20) driving the driving parts and thereby causing the articles to be conveyed to hoppers (30) arranged downstream in a conveyance direction, a sensing part (60) for sensing, in non-contact manner, a state of the articles on the loading parts, and a supply control part (82c) for controlling supply of the articles by controlling driving of the article conveyance parts based on a sensing result of the sensing part. The sensing part sense, for a plurality of regions along the conveyance direction, the state of the articles for each of the regions. The supply control part controls the driving based on a physical quantity relating to a height of the articles on the loading parts for each of the regions, the height being ascertained from the state of the articles of each of the regions.
