Abstract: An organic electroluminescence display device includes: a lower electrode that is made of a conductive inorganic material and formed in each of pixels arranged in a matrix in a display area; a light-emitting organic layer that is in contact with the lower electrode and made of a plurality of different organic material layers including a light-emitting layer emitting light; an upper electrode that is in contact with the light-emitting organic layer, formed so as to cover the whole of the display area, and made of a conductive inorganic material; and a conductive organic layer that is in contact with the upper electrode, formed so as to cover the whole of the display area, and made of a conductive organic material.

Abstract: The improvement of the power supply system to one of the electrodes comprising a pixel prevents said electrode from corrosion, which allows image to be displayed with high quality. A display module is provided, which module comprises an emitting device provided with a first electrode layer that is driven by an active device, an organic emitting layer that is coated on said first electrode layer and a second electrode layer CD that is formed over said organic emitting layer, wherein an electrode layer CNTB is provided on the substrate thereof lower than said second electrode layer CD and is coated with an insulating or passivation film, said electrode layer CNTB being in contact with said second electrode layer CD through a contact hole CNT.

Abstract: A display device includes a substrate having a plurality of transmissive regions aligned in a first direction and a second direction, a plurality of first wiring lines on the substrate extending in the first direction, a plurality of second wiring lines on the substrate extending in the second direction, and a plurality of light emitting sections disposed on the substrate. Each of the transmissive regions is surrounded by the first and second wiring lines. The light emitting sections include a first light emitting section and a second light emitting section. At least part of the first light emitting section is located in a region that is adjacent to the transmissive regions and overlap one of the first wiring lines. At least part of the second light emitting section is located in a region that is adjacent to the transmissive regions and overlap one of the second wiring lines.

A display device includes a circuit substrate having a flat part and a bent part, a light emitting element layer disposed on each of unit pixels forming an image, a circuit layer stacked on an outside surface of the bent part, a sealing layer that covers and seals the light emitting element layer, and a double-sided tape that includes a base material having a first surface and a second surface, respectively provided with a first adhesive and a second adhesive, and is bent at an inside of the bent part of the circuit substrate with the first surface being outside. The first surface sticks to the circuit substrate, and the second surface is folded back and adhered together.
