Abstract: A tool structure composed of two pivotally connected handles and a tool head. The handle pivot shaft of the handles is spaced from the head pivot shaft of the tool head by a certain distance to form a double-lever structure for saving strength. A pin member is fitted through each handle in parallel to the handle pivot shaft, whereby the pin members can be forced to axially move within the handles.
