    摘要: A system is provided for performing location update in a wireless mobile communication system that uses an Internet protocol (IP) address and is classified as at least one paging group. A serving base station (BS) sends a message including an identifier of a paging group where the serving BS is located, determines whether there is a change in IP subnet of a mobile station (MS) upon receipt of a location update request from the MS, and upon recognizing a change in IP subnet of the MS, stores information on a new IP subnet and notifies the change in the IP subnet to the MS. Upon detecting a need for location update, the MS sends a request for location update to a serving BS, and receives a location update success notification and an allocated temporary IP address from the serving BS.

A base station allocates a quasi-dedicated control channel (QDCCH) to a first mobile station (MS), and allocates the QDCCH allocated to the first MS, to a second MS for a preset time. An MS receives a QDCCH allocated from the base station. If there is data to transmit to the base station, the MS determines whether the QDCCH is allocated to another MS different from the MS. If it is determined that the QDCCH is allocated to the MS itself, the MS transmits the data to the base station over the QDCCH.

    摘要: A method and apparatus for removing interference from a UpLink (UL) signal in a Time Division Duplex (TDD) system are provided. The method includes determining whether a section for receiving an UpLink (UL) signal from the MS overlaps with sections for sending a DownLink (DL) signal of neighbor BSs in service, the neighbor BSs sending the DL signal to another MS, when the UL signal section overlaps with the DL sections of the neighbor BSs, detecting DL transmit signal information from the neighbor BSs transmitting in the overlapping sections, and removing interference from the UL signal using the detected transmit signal information. Accordingly, the accuracy of detecting the signal from the MS can be raised without having to adopt the complex resource allocation scheme to avoid the interference of the neighbor BSs.

The BS determines whether it can establish a data transmission path to the CN, using network contract information of the second radio network and the location information of the CN. If the BS can establish the data transmission path, it determines a data transmission path to the CN using the network contract information of the second radio network and the location information of the CN, and transmits an identifier (ID) of the second radio network and service connection possibility/impossibility information to the MN. The MN establishes a connection to the second radio network, and communicates with the CN via the data transmission path.
