Abstract: The present invention relates to a cartridge of a fuel cell humidifier, and a fuel cell humidifier, wherein the cartridge of a fuel cell humidifier for humidifying dry gas supplied from the outside by using wet gas discharged from a fuel cell stack comprises: an inner case having an opening at an end and containing a plurality of hollow fiber membranes; and a first fixing layer and a second fixing layer for fixing the respective ends of the hollow fiber membranes. The inner case comprises: a first divided case and a second divided case for accommodating the hollow fiber membranes; and a first press-fitting member for coupling the first divided case and the second divided case in a press-fit manner.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier which can prevent gas leakage due to repetition of driving and stopping of a fuel cell, can be manufactured with relatively low manufacturing costs and high productivity, and can suppress vibrations generated during operation. A fuel cell membrane humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a humidification module for humidifying air supplied from the outside with moisture in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; and caps respectively coupled to both ends of the humidification module. The humidification module comprises: a mid-case which has both ends opened and a step difference formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; at least one cartridge which is disposed within the mid-case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes; a fixed layer in which ends of the hollow fiber membranes are potted and supported by the inner wall of the mid-case; a bracket which is supported by the step difference of the mid-case and is in contact with the fixed layer; and a packing member which has a groove into which an end of the mid-case is fitted and is in contact with the bracket. In addition, the humidification module has a damping protrusion which is formed on the inner wall of the mid-case and fitted into the fixed layer to suppress vibration generated in the cartridge by air flowing inside the humidification module.

The fuel cell membrane humidifier comprises: a mid-case; a cap which is fastened with the mid-case and has a bypass inlet connected to the bypass flow path; a mixing humidifier which performs mixed humidification by mixing the dry air introduced through the cap and the exhaust gas introduced through the bypass inlet; and at least one cartridge which is disposed in the mid-case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes that perform moisture exchange.

Abstract: Disclosed is a membrane humidifier for a fuel cell, comprising multi-channel hollow fiber membranes having a plurality of channels in various sizes, thus allowing humidifying performance to be maintained in the case of a high rate of flow and to be decreased in the case of a low rate of flow, and thereby preventing flooding. The membrane humidifier for a fuel cell, according to the present invention, comprises: a middle case in which a plurality of hollow fiber membranes are accommodated; a cap case coupled to the middle case; and a fixing unit in which ends of the plurality of hollow fiber membranes are potted, wherein a plurality of channels are formed in each of the hollow fiber membranes, and the difference between the biggest and smallest inner diameters among the inner diameters of the plurality of channels is 30-600 μm.
