    Abstract: Proposed are a fuel cell membrane humidifier and a fuel cell system having the same in which humidification by moisture exchange and cooling by heat exchange are performed in one membrane humidifier such that the fuel cell system can be simplified and be miniaturized. The fuel cell membrane humidifier includes a housing part having a space divided by a partition, a humidification module formed in a first portion of the divided space and having a plurality of hollow fiber membranes allowing a first fluid flowing thereinside to perform moisture exchange with a second fluid flowing thereoutside, a heat exchange module formed in a second portion of the divided space and configured to cool a first fluid flowing inside the heat exchange module, and a flow control part configured to actively control a flow direction of the first fluid.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cartridge of a fuel cell humidifier and the fuel cell humidifier, the cartridge comprising: an inner case to be inserted into a middle case of the fuel cell humidifier for humidifying dry gas supplied from the outside using wet gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; a plurality of hollow-fiber membranes accommodated inside the inner case; a first potting part which is coupled to the inner case and which fixes one side of each of the hollow-fiber membranes; a second potting part which is coupled to the the inner case and which fixes the other sides of the hollow-fiber membranes; and a link member for connecting the inner case to the middle case so that the middle case and the inner case are linked so as to move according to the pressure of the wet gas positioned inside the middle case.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier which can prevent gas leakage due to repetition of driving and stopping of a fuel cell, can be manufactured with relatively low manufacturing costs and high productivity, and can suppress vibrations generated during operation. A fuel cell membrane humidifier according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a humidification module for humidifying air supplied from the outside with moisture in exhaust gas discharged from a fuel cell stack; and caps respectively coupled to both ends of the humidification module. The humidification module comprises: a mid-case which has both ends opened and a step difference formed on the inner circumferential surface thereof; at least one cartridge which is disposed within the mid-case and accommodates a plurality of hollow fiber membranes; a fixed layer in which ends of the hollow fiber membranes are potted and supported by the inner wall of the mid-case; a bracket which is supported by the step difference of the mid-case and is in contact with the fixed layer; and a packing member which has a groove into which an end of the mid-case is fitted and is in contact with the bracket. In addition, the humidification module has a damping protrusion which is formed on the inner wall of the mid-case and fitted into the fixed layer to suppress vibration generated in the cartridge by air flowing inside the humidification module.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a fuel cell membrane humidifier capable of improving humidification efficiency by performing two-stage humidification, and a fuel cell system comprising same.     Abstract: Disclosed is a membrane humidifier for a fuel cell, comprising multi-channel hollow fiber membranes having a plurality of channels in various sizes, thus allowing humidifying performance to be maintained in the case of a high rate of flow and to be decreased in the case of a low rate of flow, and thereby preventing flooding. The membrane humidifier for a fuel cell, according to the present invention, comprises: a middle case in which a plurality of hollow fiber membranes are accommodated; a cap case coupled to the middle case; and a fixing unit in which ends of the plurality of hollow fiber membranes are potted, wherein a plurality of channels are formed in each of the hollow fiber membranes, and the difference between the biggest and smallest inner diameters among the inner diameters of the plurality of channels is 30-600 μm.
