    Abstract: An inkjet recording apparatus includes a recording unit, a head unit, a frame, and an angle adjustment mechanism. The angle adjustment mechanism includes an angle adjustment member, a biasing member, and an operation member. The angle adjustment member is in contact with the head unit and is rotatable about an adjustment rotation shaft extending parallel to the unit rotation shaft of the head unit. The biasing member biases the angle adjustment member in a direction of rotating the angle adjustment member in a first direction. The operation member contacts the angle adjustment member and rotates the angle adjustment member in a second direction opposite to the first direction against a biasing force of the biasing member. The angle adjustment member is configured by of a plurality of shaft members.

    Abstract: An inkjet recording apparatus includes three or more recording heads. The recording heads contain different inks and eject the different inks sequentially on a recording medium. The different inks each contain a pigment and a polyhydric alcohol monobutyl ether. Of the different inks, an ink to be ejected first has the lowest pigment content ratio. Of the different inks, an ink to be ejected third and an ink to be subsequently ejected each have a pigment content ratio equal to or higher than that of a corresponding one of inks to be precedently ejected. Of the different inks, an ink to be ejected second and an ink to be subsequently ejected each have a polyhydric alcohol monobutyl ether content ratio higher than that of a corresponding one of inks to be precedently ejected.

    Abstract: A decurling device includes a first frame, a second frame, a decurling unit that decurls a sheet, and a level adjustment mechanism that is capable of adjusting an inclination of the decurling unit. The decurling unit includes a housing provided with a first support part and a second support part supported by the first frame and a third support part and a fourth support part supported by the second frame, paired support rollers, an endless belt, and a decurling roller. The level adjustment mechanism adjusts, in the vertical direction, a position of one of the first support part, the second support part, the third support part, and the fourth support part in the housing to adjust the inclination of the decurling unit in the vertical direction such that the paired support rollers extend in the first direction.

    Abstract: A cleaning device includes a controller configured to control cleaning of a conveyance roller by a web. The controller includes a separation and contact control unit, a conveyance roller rotation control unit, and a take-up control unit. The separation and contact control unit is configured to control a separation and contact mechanism so as to allow the web to be pressed to the conveyance roller when the conveyance roller is in a non-conveyable state. The conveyance roller rotation control unit rotates the conveyance roller in a state where the web is pressed to the conveyance roller. The take-up control unit is configured to allow the take-up roller to perform a take-up operation of taking up the web by rotatably driving the take-up roller plural times at a predetermined time interval within a cleaning time set in advance in a state where the conveyance roller is being rotated.

    Abstract: A curl straightening device includes an endless belt, a curl straightening roller, a nip width adjusting mechanism, and a guide member. The curl straightening roller makes pressure contact with an outer peripheral surface of the endless belt, forming a nip portion, and straightens curl of the sheet which passes through the nip portion. The nip width adjusting mechanism moves the curl straightening roller in a direction away from or close to the endless belt so as to change a nip width. The mechanism includes a supporting holder of the curl straightening roller, and a rotationally moving portion that rotationally moves the roller supporting holder for moving the curl straightening roller. The guide member includes a pair of hanging members that are hung from both ends of the curl straightening roller so as to keep the guide member in constant position and posture relative to the curl straightening roller.

    Abstract: A head unit includes a recording head and a unit frame. The unit frame includes a main frame extending along a width direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of a recording medium, and is configured to hold one or more recording heads on both side surfaces of the main frame. The main frame includes: a main body portion having a flat-plate shape and standing along the width direction; and bent portions formed by perpendicularly bending both end portions of the main body portion in the width direction. The unit frame includes a pair of reinforcing members provided at the bent portions. The reinforcing members each include a side wall portion opposed to the main body portion and a bottom surface portion provided so as to extend in a horizontal direction from a lower end portion of the side wall portion.
