    摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a storing portion, an authentication portion to authenticate a user using one of the one or more user apparatuses on the basis of identification information received from the user apparatus; a selecting portion to select, as main data, a piece of data from among one or more pieces of data stored in a presentation area which is a predetermined one of the plurality of storage areas; a screen generating portion to generate an access screen including an image of the selected main data; an access detecting portion to detect an access to the presentation area; and a screen transmitting portion, when the access detecting portion detects an access to the presentation area by the authenticated user, to transmit the generated access screen to the one of the one or more user apparatuses that is used by the authenticated user.

    摘要： A system for outputting an image includes first and second image output apparatuses. The first image output apparatus includes a display processing portion that displays an image to be outputted on electronic paper based on a first condition under which a job to output the image is executed, a conditions storing processing portion that stores, in a conditions storage, the first condition in association with a job identifier for identifying the job, and a job identifier storing processing portion that stores the job identifier in the electronic paper. The second image output apparatus includes a reading portion that reads out the job identifier from the electronic paper, an obtaining portion that obtains, from the conditions storage portion, the first condition corresponding to the job identifier thus read out, and a job execution portion that executes a whole or a part of the job based on the first condition thus obtained.

    摘要： An image processing apparatus comprises a first storage area that stores in itself original data to be copied; a copier that copies the original data to a second storage area that is shared and allowed to be accessed by a plurality of users belonging to one same group, by storing reference information pointing to the original data stored in the first storage area, in the second storage area; a judger that judges whether or not all of access judgment target users who are the group users sharing the second storage area or preliminarily specified users, make access to the reference information stored by the copier in the second storage area; and a controller that suspends execution of an instruction given to change the original data for the access judgment target users so that the original data could be provided to all of them, if the judger judges that only some of the access judgment target users has made access to the reference information when the instruction to change the original data is given, and then, cancels the suspension after the original data is provided to all of the access judgment target users.

    摘要： The image forming apparatus of the present invention includes a storage unit storing therein a database that contains a plurality of setting value strings of executed jobs. Here, each setting value string (i) indicates a setting condition used in a corresponding executed job, and (ii) includes setting values, each of which is associated with a different one of setting items and indicates a setting mode of the associated setting item. When a reception unit receives a setting value for a new job from a user, a search unit searches the database for a setting value string related to the received setting value. A display control unit displays the setting value string found by the search unit on a screen.
